Of all my years coming to this Dollar General I have NEVER had an experience like today. The cashier was SO RUDE saying that the item we wanted to buy was not the one for the digital coupon. The manager came and made clear that it was. Then the total amount was $1.03 and she was determined that it $1.83. Hire people with people personality and are respectful and that can read numbers!!!

-1 star ARELIA STORE MANAGER Rudely on her personal phone. I came politely to do a return with a original receipt she refused and said. What customer service says is different. I refuse. I am store manager, and I said I won't return. She slammed her phone down on the counter and said I'm not going to give you a refund. With a smirk on her face. I just bought the wrong scent and it was just 3 days ago and she Gave me all attitude I wasn't giving her no attitude and this is the treatment they give to their customers.

It is terribly inconsiderate to both employees and customers for you to have ONE employee working by themselves on a weekday at lunchtime who is expected to be cashier, security, customer assistance, AND check-in multiple merchandise trucks. Absolute ridiculous management witnessed at this location today, owner should be embarrassed. The store is a mess and I truly feel for the employee that was left to do their best in an unforgiving situation & clearly set up for failure. Shame on the management.
