I will start off with the positives which is that most of the workers you encounter do their job and try their best to make shopping here a positive experience for you. It’s very convenient and close to the local neighborhoods for those who live there or are visiting to drop in and grab some snacks. There is sometimes of a wait but that can be overlooked since the convenience of the dollar general is really handy. The selection of products is amazing too from beauty to drinks to skincare! There’s always something interesting to look at. My family and I have frequently been to this location many times and have provided much business to them gladly. However, I must point out the extremely rude manager with blonde hair, I did not catch her name. I have seen her in the store before while she looked unhappy to be there that was not an issue for me or my family, however in early February my father made a purchase of a small bottle of detergent. He made his purchase then walked out, and came home only to find that the seal was broken and it looked half empty in the bottle. My father would have noticed this in store if he was familiar with the brand however this was a new brand for him. He right away went back to the store to politely ask for a refund for damaged goods, since the seal was broken it was not safe for use. Upon getting in line my father explained the situation, the cashier then called the manager over. Right away she had a extremely unpleasant attitude as she spoke to my father. She heard the situation after he explained it a second time, and instead of politely apologizing for the inconvenience of having to come back, she rolled her eyes and took the product, and said “I will let it slide this time but next time you need to tell us sooner”. I’m not sure what sort of training this manager gets but this is unacceptable, there was no apology for a unsafe and tampered product, instead a entitled and rude attitude about how she is doing a favor for refunding the or replacing the product. I’m not sure what she was insinuating by my father needs to tell her sooner because he did tell as soon as he noticed. My family and I will no longer be making purchases from this store until we receive an apology and compensation from this event.

Dont Post DIGITAL COUPONS throughout the store when staff can't figure out why they don't work and give us a lame excuse that we didn't get discount because there's nothing they can do about it. Learn how to use or don't post these coupons."Don't know why digital coupons don't work and we can't do anything about it" unm how bout manually enter discount you have posted and honor what you have.

Today I visited the store and seen how messy/cluttered it was. I know everyone is busy but it is important for your customers to come in and see no clutter. Piles of stuff everywhere causing a trip Hazzard.Really wanted to start decluttering and putting things away but did not.Took some pics, may be useful for how not to have your store looking.A place for everything and everything in its place.This store has friendly staff, a lot better than when it first opened.Trying not to criticize but if no one says anything well it will not get fixed.

I go here when I just need a few things. They have a nice variety of things. Eggs, mild, cool whip, butter, all are available here. Sugar, flour condiments, all available here. But i like the other stuff too. Cat litter that's light weight and works, Forever Pals, is a great product and i can only find it here. This store is great if you don't want to go all the way to Walmart or HEB. It's so much faster.

I have been to this location multiple times. Every time I go there everything is organized. Your able to use either shopping cart or hand carry baskets that are located near register. I find the majority of all I need in one place. Staff has been nice and you can see ppl come in and out quickly. Sometimes the line can be a lil long but overall a good place to shop quicklyKeep up the good work.
