Horrible customer service the cashier with the glasses is the worst ever she needs to be fired along with the manager no respect for customers upper management needs to review the tapes.

Terrible customer service from both the cashier wearing a hard rock Cafe shirt not even Family Dollar uniform plus no name tag and he or it didnt want to give me my receipt i guess to accuse me of stealing.. Then it started arguing with me. Then sent out some ugly person with long hair just to attempt to belittle me for shopping at Dollar General. What is wrong with the Dollar General? Check the cameras. I don't need to stea but Thank you for accusing me and belittling me for shopping at Dollar General.

Everytime I visit this dollar general store, when there's a long line or a small line there's always only one register. Employees r rude and really don't care about your visit to the store. U can tell they hate there jobs. Always look mad. Anyway I told them I would contact there geno manager, and the girl stated , I don't care. I'll never go back again.

Went this morning and not a single greeting or verbal interaction from the employee. Another employee came curing about how her car was towed (which is understandable) however the employee that was supposed to be cashing me out walked away from me without saying anything.

My husband went in an bought 2 12 packs of soda an the girl working there came out and snacked the soda out of his had saying he didn’t pay when he did. she was very rude an unprofessional. We are never going back this all happened at 6:54pm

U have a manger that comes out short of money and if its not the workers who she blames different workers every day na if she doesn't blame it on the workers she wants to blame me me a 70 year old ask your wokersif when ever this old man she will tell the workers to watch me n stands by the door I have been working on sales n I can guarantee you that she is the one stealing from you all all u have to ask your workers n pass workers

There is an lady with the worst attitude problem. I didn't get her name unfortunately. I pull up to the store and she is standing by the doors eyeing me, obviously pissed I'm walking in at 8:35 when the store closes at 9. I had just found a kitten out side of my apartment so I was in and out with litter and a box. As I walk in she says "I'm about to lock this damn door." I laugh and continue to the pet supplies. I check out and she continues to stare at me making me completely uncomfortable and rushed. The cashier was a younger Hispanic woman who walked out after me to hit her vape. No problem, but in this case these 2 ladies can't be professional or have any common courtesy working in a store that involves basic customer service. I will be calling in the am talking to the general manager and if she was the manager I'll be speaking with her boss. Very unpleasant visit.
