Beyond rude. Went in and they stated, "No not this early", when buying items and going to pay with $100 dollar bill. Lazy General Manager who doesn't care to do her jib and go tot he fing bank.

The only thing about this place is that they close 15 mins before 10pm if ur in da store by 9:45 your good but if your not they ain't letting you in.... So that being said they actually close at 9:45pm

Old woman manager tried denying services to my disabled grandmother because I hold her bags while we cross the busy Roosevelt street. Very disappointed and sad because the rest of the workers are really cool. She was persistent that my grandmother was buying some products for me when she was buying them for her husband (my grandfather), and even said to not return to the store as we walked out. Very frustrating for someone who is just trying to help their grandmother cross a 6 lane street safely, and get the products she was asked to get by my grandfather.

This DG Always has Long lines, never has their shelves stocked when you need something. Some of the employees are rude. The store on Mission is So much Better! Dont waste your time here.

There was o Ku one resister open, and the automatic register not working, and no charge for $50s . There were 12 people behind me in line and 5 in front of me. The lady was rude because she was under the pressure of chasing all those people out! Totally understaffed store!
