I've Been Using Your Storage Units, Steady For Over 4 Years... Have Even Upsized A Few Times... Yes I Am Unfortunately Late Most Times With Making My Payments... Due To The Erratic Work Schedule I Have.. But None The Less....It Only Hurts Me...And Makes You More Money....Because I've Always Made My Payment Late Fees And All... I Never Complained About The Lack Of Security Cameras There.... And Even After Several Break Ins... You Still Do Not Have Them... But That Is Not The Reason I'm Writing This ...I Went This Morning To Make A Payment... For June. Which I Did.... And Let The Lady Know That I Would Be Back Before The Grace Period Ends For July. And I Asked If I Could Please Just Drop A Few Tools Off In My Unit, But I Was Told NO! That I Would Have to pay For July First before they Would Open My Unit ... And I Had Just Told her that I Would be back To Pay It Before The Grace. If You Check My Payment History....You Will Plainly See That I Make My Payments Every Month.... So Please Help Me Understand Why I Could Not Get In My Damn Unit? When Any Other Time I've Been Late.... I Still Had A 5 Day Grace Period. And Have Always Been able to get in my Unit Until the 6th.
