I have used Dive Nails on two occasions, I have been extremely satisfied with their work!!! I just moved into the neighborhood and was scared to leave my regular salon behind. To my surprise Diva Nails has totally changed my mind!! The two times I get so many compliments on my nails and I have no problem recommending Diva Nails!!!
Cleanliness: Place was very clean and so was the equipment

Went in to get my daughter and my eyebrows done. I asked for my daughters to get cleaned and never mentioned to get mine shaped. I wasn’t happy with mine but it was my fault for not letting her know what I wanted. So I went back to get them fixed I told them what happened and I would pay again I didn’t mind since it was my fault for not letting her know what I wanted. So another lady got me right away and fixed them the way I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. She was kind and quick and didn’t let me pay or leave a tip she said it was okay. I will definitely keep going back and recommend everyone to go get their eyebrows done and nails too.

jennifer did my nail and did an AMAZING job i couldn’t had asked for anything better, and i didn’t get the name of the lady that did my toes but she always does them and did such a great job. love this place.
Requested style: i was able to requested a style and they were able to do it. loved it!
Cleanliness: it’s super clean through out the whole building and the actual work on my nails and feet is clean and the tools they use are clean.

RIP OFF!!! $100 for this? There is no diamonds or jewels??? My index fingernail is slanted to the left, the side of my thumb has like a missing spot of nail polish. Was mentioned to her but she filed down it trying to hide it.
My sister showed her a picture of what she wanted and the colors were “purple”. She changed it to white smfh my sister didn’t wanna change it because she felt uncomfortable. And we showed her picture of how she wanted it and did not come close what she wanted.
My other little sister was waiting to be worked on and they kept going to other customers first but we were there first. It should’ve been first come first serve but looked like they went by groups.
And as walking up to pay for it. She said $205 discount $5! But still the total is ridiculously crazy. I felt they added on their own costs to get something out of it because they were speaking in their language while I was waiting for 5mins for the total to pay. As she told me the total, she looked down the whole time looking guilty of what she had charged me. First & last time going there. We honestly went for the 4.7 star ratings but never again..!!

I’m SO happy I finally found an amazing place for my nails! I have small nail beds and they always take their time, make sure I’m comfortable and have clean areas. All the ladies are so kind and patient. I witnessed them being very caring towards a client who had recently had arm surgery. The work they do is beautiful and I always leave so happy!!

This was my first time at Diva Nails. I was greeted by Ms. Helen by name and Ms. Jennifer assisted me with my pedicure. I was made to feel valued and I appreciated the conversation. The shop was neat and clean and the staff is professional but not pushy. I will return again.

The customer service is not what it use to be . My mother and I use to come all the time but the attitudes have changed and the new staff is very rude .

My grandmother and I are loyal to this place. They are so kind and helpful. Never been disappointed in their services. It's difficult for my grandma to get in and out of her wheelchair but they always help us make it happen. Thank you guys!

Jennifer was very kind and careful when doing my pedicure since I am a diabetic. The pedicure was AMAZING and she took her time with me even though it was close to closing time. She did fills for me too and my nails look great! I will definitely go back! Not to mention the place is very clean and so cozy and I truly relaxed! Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

Jennifer is AMAZING! She always takes her time and makes sure my nails are perfect. You can tell she takes pride in what she does! I used to go to this other place for years and I always had a good experience, but the way Jennifer made sure my nails were even, not lumpy and clean… I can’t go back to my other place! This is now my new nail spot!

My experience at Diva today February 04, 1024 was a delight. Kayla did a fantastic job on my pedicure and dip and powder. She did a beautiful job on both. I selected a light shade of blue and it turned out exactly as I expected.
