Went in tonight to upgrade the tires on my trailer. There was a lot going on but between Robert, Jakob, and Paxton they took great care of me. I'm not really a fan of corporate locations like this but when I do have to use them Jakob always takes great care of us. Even today he was working with me great on the phone before he knew it was a repeat customer. He found the tires I needed at other locations and got them to this location within a couple hours.

To busy and cold treatment at this location stay away.. unless you have deep pockets and time to waste.. very disappointed here. Discount tires please help out this location. I love your company and besides this visit have always been treated fairly.. maybe the adviser was having a bad day.. I don't know..

Score, free tire air! They've got a line, but it's worth it. They scan your ride, add the recommended air, and toss in some free tire and wiper 'consulting' - talk about full service.

Great place to buy reasonable priced new tires and their wonderful tire insurance. I got a sidewall of a tire punctured. Most places, I have to buy a new tire. Discount Tire replaced it quickly and with the tire hazard insurance, all I had to pay was $18 to put the same tire insurance on the new tire. Discount Tire provides me monthly air tire checks and rotates my 4 tires I bought from them as needed. They now also provide windshield wipers. The Discount Tire Company has a mission statement on the wall. It was a few easy to understand sentences that touched me. I was very impressed with the tire specialists here at Discount Tire.

Across the board, this place was great. This location had amazing service amazing technicians, and a really good atmosphere considering how many people use discount tires. Paxden is the person who helped me. He communicated extremely well. His customer service is impeccable. Lastly, their projected ETA was extremely accurate. I would give more stars on this review if I could. Thank y’all

The guys are thorough. I went in for a tire check and they found a nail in when I tires. They get the job done effectively and efficiently. I got in about 1600 and left around 1633. Mateo, Zach and Antonio are the ones who helped me out. They were very communicative during the entire process. Thanks gents

I’m an out towner who desperately needed help. I came in off the highway with a hole in my tire. They were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. I am very grateful for this location and these employees.

Went to this discount tire on Tuesday 10/01/24 to pick up two new tires. The salesman I’m talking to is trying to charge me $375 when I was just quoted not even a week before for $290. After some talk and involvement of the previous salesman I get the tires for the $290 that was originally agreed upon. Everything seems fine until later that day I notice my brake lights aren’t working, not just one but all three. Some days go by because I have to work, on 10/3/24 I work on my car. I replace all brake lights, replace the brake switch under the pedal. I can’t figure out what’s going on, finally I take it to a shop and they tell me that my brake light fuse is missing. Not burnt, straight up missing. Now I’m not on here to accuse anyone of anything especially without proof but it’s kind of odd that my brake light fuse goes missing the same day I took my car to you guys. I’m the only one who has access to my car, and I didn’t pull it out myself. I spoke to the manager at the store over the phone and he really couldn’t do anything because there are no cameras in the bays, he even suggested that maybe it just got loose and wiggled out on its own. I think that was the last time I’ll be coming to your location.
