Funny thing just now happened to me. I stopped to ask for a little help with a tire since it was low on air. The first guy seemed very concerned. He was young and called over another worker who seemed to be more experienced. This guy walks up to my truck and says we caaan help buuut we just got the compressors going so it'll be 15 minutes. I guess they bleed their compressors out completely at closing time? Interesting.

This place is predatory, DO NOT COME HERE. I got my tires balanced at in independent shop and they told me to check to see if there was a warranty on my front tires because they were faulty. I went back to this Discount Tire location where I purchased the tires and they said everything looked okay and assured me that after they balanced the tires the shaking in my car would be gone. As soon as I left the parking lot and got on the highway my car was shaking the same way it was before I took it in. Please avoid this place at all cost, they are completely unprofessional.

Every staff member was great from phone call to in person customer service but I applaud George and Frank for helping me and being genuine In their quotes and service . They got me back in the road with new tires. Very accurate wait time from when they work on your car till finish . I recommend them above any other shop around !

I stopped to get check the air on my vehicle tire due the light turning on. Drove up Mexican boy said sorry we are trying to close. He just helped another person. Told him it does take long. He said they close at 6. Dumb ass if so why do you not have it cut off. Asked for manager his name is Tim. Kid tells him that I was rude. Told him he was a liar but his manager

I was more than a little frustrated with the professionalism of the staff during my visit today.
When talking to the tech, I was very deliberate that I only wanted to replace one tire pressure sensor and that was it. Despite that, he kept insisting that I should be replacing all 4, including the ones that were working properly. When I got inside, he also tried to sell me a new complete set of tires. After I went home to wait for the job to be completed, he called me again wanting to sell me a new set of lug nuts after a couple of them were difficult to get off, and then immediately after that, tried to sell me a complete set of new wheels because one had a "minor bend".
Here was the kicker - after all of this and coming to get my vehicle, I start the car to discover that the my new sensors hadn't even been calibrated, which was the ONE thing I came in for. To be fair, I've never had an experience with y'all that was quite this bad, but c'mon, guys...

Bait and switch company, purchased tires on line. When we get there, they say that they don’t have the tires at this location. They said they could put another name brand tire on the car. Then they end up putting their cheaper brand on the car. They said it’s better tire and cost more, but it’s a cheap tire made by Kumo for discount tires. Looked it up when I got home, it’s a cheap tire and cost less than what we paid. That’s why I haven’t been to discount tires in about 20 years and will never purchase tires from them again. They’re are going to try to convince you that Rode Hugers are the best tires in the world because they are made by Kumo, they are cheap tires made for discount tires.

Went in to get one of my back tires replaced. Long story short, they replaced the wrong tire and I ended up having to get a tow back to the location to replace the correct tire. I will NEVER be back to this location, please don't come here.

Update: Unfortunately, I must change my 5 star rating to a 1. I have been a discount tire customer for over 15 years. But, after yesterday's experience, I will not be going back. I made an appointment for a nail in my passenger side rear tire. You could see it and it was obvious it only needed to be patched. Representative that went out to look at it with me confirmed that and said they'd get it fixed. About 45 minutes later, a man comes in from the bay rolling in my tire to show me that there is a patch on the inside and that the tire is unsafe to drive on and I need to buy a new one. They will not put it back on for me. I told them it has been like that for over a year and a half.. As long as I've owned the car as the dealership is the only one to have touched my tires since I purchased it. He then said he could put my spare on so I could drive it home. I made sure he gave me back the tire with the unsafe patchwork. I was so furious, that I didn't even notice when I was driving away that he had pulled off the WRONG tire to repair. So, I drove home with a spare tire on my driver's side back and a nail still in my passenger side back tire. I took it to the dealership the today. Patched my tire, pulled out the "unsafe" tire from my trunk, tested it and said there was nothing wrong with it. I'm not sure if this is what Discount tire trains their staff to do....
. take all tires off to see if they can find a way to make money since a repair doesn't profit them or if this man was simply incompetent, but either way that kind of waste of time and added stress is completely unacceptable.

I stopped in here because I need to replace my tires. There were two guys at the counter, one was on the phone and one wasn’t. I stood there for a couple minutes and neither one ever acknowledged that I was there, not even looking up to make eye contact with me. I left and drove to another location.

Just had some tires placed on my wife's suv, as always Discount Tire never disappoints they were able to upgrade my tire to a better brand because of unavailability of the other tire so I will always recommend them and I will always return. Thank you Sebastian
