They were quick, in helping repair a hole in a tire, and did honor my warranty when I had a blow out, but I ordered a new rim, for my car over a year ago. Still waiting on it to come in.

Brought in a work vehicle for a wheel replacement and replacing tire sensors x4 took about 2 hours. When I left no problem. 20 miles later from tire went flat on highway at highway speeds and ruined front tire. Still dealing with getting a new tire that they ruined

Customers BEWARE! Today my husband dropped off his company vehicle to have the the front passenger tire replaced. When he went to go pick it up it looked like it was never serviced. He went in to enquire and they told him it had been replaced when looking at the notes they said the wrong one had been the one serviced. I don’t know what kind of incompetent employee training they do there but it was very apparent which tire was flat and needed replacing. Based on my experience it does not seem like this Discount Tire cares about Safety or Accuracy. Find yourself a different Discount Tire this one is definitely not worth the wait or hassle.

This place was awesome! Showed up a little early to my appointment but was taken care of immediately. Service was quick and clean as they were replacing my old tires on my Tacoma. The ones I ordered online were not in stock but Jovany helped me out and we were able to get tires put on anyways without having to make a new appointment! Very professional and solution seeking individuals there

About Discounts they only have the Name.
They charge 22 dollars for each tire installation and the "good" tires do not go below 116 and if you buy 4 they give you a discount on the total of 80 dollars, meaning the 4 tires were going to cost me 800 with the discount to look for another place To buy our tires, don't waste your time believing they have discounts. THEY DO NOT DISCOUNT ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING IT IS ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE TIRE STORES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

I had a blowout and brought my tire to discount tires since I got them there. They determined my tire was not repairable, and it was " no charge" for the new tire .
All I paid for was balancing the tire. And they offered road hazard on the new tire.
So, of course, I got it! By the time I sat down, I they had replaced the tire and mounted it on the car. Great service.
