Got a good deal on tires and the whole process was quick, from the front desk guys to the mechanics. It was so busy I thought it would be an all day event. They did a great job! I definitely recommend

Recently had my first bad experience, but when he was made aware of everything the manager, Christian did everything within his power to make sure I left a satisfied customer again. I honestly had been convinced I wasn’t gonna come back to this location, but he definitely turned me things around and made a loyal customer of me again. Went above and beyond with 10/10 customer service.

I noticed this afternoon that I had a bulge in my left rear time and then saw a shiny screw head between the tread. I pumped it up and drove to Discount. They were busy so it took about 10 minutes before Bryan S. could check my car. He was very helpful and said they could fix the flat and spin balance and rotate my tires since it had been a while. He said it might take over an hour or 2 and I understood because they were clearly very busy. I walked to get lunch and came back in about 35 minutes. They were just finishing up so I only waited another 10 minutes. Bryan saw me in line and brought my keys to me. I wasn't in a hurry, but the professional and efficient service was much appreciated. Thanks to Bryan and the guys who worked on my car. I could feel how much smoother the car drove after the balancing and I appreciate the flat fix.

I've always been very pleased with the service at the Discount Tires I've been to in San Antonio. Visited this location in July 2022. Faster than quoted, polite customer service. Needed a tire.

Poor customer service. We have a major company and use them often. It takes them close to two hours to swap out a tire from a rim and place a new one. I will give another location our business.

Fast friendly service. Nail in a tire - in and out in 20 minutes. Didn't have time to get comfortable before they called me that my car was ready. Great location.

We stopped by, this location, b/c my Grandma had a slow leak. They checked the pressure & told her she had a nail and travel, back home, to Austin would not be recommended. I was pretty upset bc I was ready to be home. Randall was VERY nice and patient with me & my moment of a hissy fit. The time quoted was spot on and their smiles were infectious. Thank you Randall & the Discount Tire team!
