I get great service here by the staff, they maintain positive attitudes no matter how busy they are. Not to mention, I have always purchased the warranties on my tires and there's no fussing to get them replaced on the warranty later

Today's visit was great!! Thanks to you guys Derrick that set up the appointment and Victor the assistant manager belived me they took care of me at 100 % plus I will definitely recommend your store if anyone needs new tires this is the place to go ...... thanks guys I'm definitely a happy customer for life just because of your service 😊

We went to the location on Hillcrest and Bandera on 02/24/25 because we needed the stem changed on a tire we took in. Christopher took care of it, we were in and out in 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and took care of it himself. This is why we buy all our tires and wheels from Discount Tire.

Horrible service. I have the warranty on all 4 tires and one of them got a nail in it right near the edge. They wanted to patch it up! I told them no way - it wasn’t in the repairable area according to not only their own in-store diagram, but also all the ones online from a quick Google search. Mind you, these tires were all brand new, had great tread, and were purchased at Discount Tire so it is not like I had an old tire and was trying to run a scam. The tech was insistent on it being ok, and after pushing hard, he decided to get the manager. The manager acted like he was doing me a huge favor and looking at my receipt - it says “1X deal for customer. Tire replaced despite repairable area” Screw you! This is not a charity event! Sorry - but there is no way I’m going to subsidize you for not wanting to patch an area right on the edge of a tire! That is absolutely dangerous and they knew it!! If they don’t want to deal with this, then don’t sell warranties. I would recommend going somewhere else. They didn’t want to eat the cost of a $200 tire but were sure happy to take my money for tire certificates up front! Then they turn around, act like it was my fault when actually trying to use it, and try to send me on my way with a blatantly dangerous repair. I had to push HARD to get it honored - then they put a mark on my account like they were doing me a favor and I was trying to scam them! Go somewhere else!!!

Went to buy tires got em but didn’t get offered that warranty thing so when I called back the same day I got the tires to get the warranty they straight up told me no nothing they can do for me I’m pretty much screwed but luckily I went to another store and they helped me out and got me the warranty

I had the best experience today thanks to Jacob! He helped me over the phone first, never rushed me off and answered all my questions with great detail. Then when I arrived I was greeted with the same respect and he had me in and out of there in an hour. I'm so grateful for him and the staff. The technician was wonderful also, I just didn't get his name. I am a customer for life! Thanks gentlemen!

I came here for a tire repair and appreciated their professionalism. They accidentally broke my tire sensor but immediately informed me and replaced it responsibility. The shop was clean, the waiting room was nice, and the service was fast and professional.

I have always been fond of Discount Tire. I have done business with them for many years and have always been satisfied. I would recommend them for your tire purchase. You will, however, pay about $100.00 extra on 4 tires for their replacement plan. This price has significantly gone up since my last purchase. It's still a good investment.

Came in the air line due to weather and Christopher was nice enough to check my tire tread and let me know Inhad a bad tire and one near. Gave me a quick quote and explained exactly what he saw. I appreciate the air service, but the added benefit of ensure we are safe on the road!
