We went to get our tires checked before we head out to the coast. I’m a person that is always worried they are not getting checked correctly. But today The guy Marcelino After he checked he assured us that they properly inflated and tires look go and we are ready to travel. That right there made me feel secure where I usually ask questions. Thank you for your generosity Marcelino. ( store on S.New Branfels)

I have to say I received PHENOMENAL customer service from David F. He demonstrated excellent professionalism and superior knowledge in his line of work. I was iffy about what tires to purchase and I had narrowed it down to 2 brands of tires I was eyeing. He listened, provided feedback, and asked me questions to help me decide which tires were the best fit and sure enough, he highly recommended I purchase 1 brand of the 2 sets of tires I was trying to decide on. David continued to assist me even while he was busy with other customers. He kept me updated and my wait time was brief. I only wish customer service was like this everywhere. Thank you David!! I am totally pleased with your top notch customer service skills and with my purchase!!

Be careful bringing your vehicle to this location. The tire installers are inexperienced and they will damage your vehicle and require more money to repair vehicle. It is a ponzi scheme and legal action is necessary.

First off, let me start by saying that I run a specialty auto shop in North Texas. We came down to San Antonio for a weekend trip. We got a slow leaking tire Saturday morning. We drove to the nearest Discount Tire to get it checked out. I told the service advisor we are from out of town, that I’ve got a small leak, and that I just need it looked at real quick to see if there is a nail. If there was, then you could put us in queue to get it fixed. We waited two hours for it to get pulled in, and it was in the shop for about 2 minutes. Tech comes out and says he can’t see a nail and just put some air in it. Well. There’s two hours of our last day in town gone. We get on the road this morning, and the tire is still losing air, but we figure we can make it back to Dallas. Well, we get to Austin and the pressure is going down. Luckily, I found a place that was open on EASTER to look at the tire. And what do you know, there’s a FAT nail in the sidewall. How did you not see that? The guy took off the wheel and saw it in two seconds. I never do this to my clientele. My techs take wheels off, spray tires and even dunk them to ensure the customer if there is a leak or not. This is a terrible business practice. I’m not one for leaving reviews, but this blew our entire weekend. I would recommend going to a different discount tire until this location can get it together and properly train there technicians. The customer is the most important thing when it comes to vehicles. You want to make sure that they are taken care of, so that they won’t write reviews like this.
EDIT: The nail went through the entire tire, so it’s not repairable. Can’t tell you how upset I am about this. Obviously, there’s nothing that can be done. I don’t live in San Antonio and will not go to or recommend this location.

Went in today to purchase new tires that my vehicle was very much in need of. The gentleman that assisted me today went over all my options and made it easy for me to understand. I couldn't be happier with my new tires!

Third time here, my first time was in march/2023 I came and bought 2 tires and the guy said I will have life warranty, so in September same year a I came for 2 more tires the new guy told me to came and do rotation at some time, so today they said I need new tires and my warranty is voided because I didn't did the rotation when the first guy never explained anything to me, so well I feel robbed
