Today June 10th at 5:40 my mom and I went to Dillards to return the dresses because they were too big for her. A young lady who was very rude and insolent, checked and smelled the clothes several times and finally told us that the clothes smell of spices. she also waved his hand near her face and told us that this dress smelled of spices and cooking while impolite was shaking dress as it had bad smell. I told her that we even did not wear dress and that this smell came from perfume, not from spices. She told us that we cooked in clothes and I told her that we don't cook like her, that clothes want to smell spicy. I was afraid of the tone of her voice, which sounded like a man. I can't believe this lady who was even dressed so sloppily works for Dillard's. she also seemes did not take shower and the lady had vey bad smell. Dillard's should pay attention to the people they hire, and please train them well instead of asking multiple tough questions in the interview. Ask a few simple questions about their personality and pay attention to their body language. Work experience is not enough. I'm sorry that Dillard's allowed this poor lady to disrespect us.

Dillard's is my childhood. Sad to see it decline. The Clinique rep didn't know what she was doing. Understand this isn't Dillard's fault. But the store was so hot we had to leave. I can't imagine trying on clothes in that heat. Cut costs elsewhere. Ugh!
