Women's shoe department. Can't enough nice things about JoAnn in the women's shoe department. She was super friendly and helpful. The other ladies working in the same department, not so much.

James Avery personnel is extremely personable, and I listened to the reason i chose my purchase. Ms. Lillie in the underwear area was so helpful the last 20 minutes of the store closing was super helpful with her knowledge. Last but not least, my long-time favorite 2nd floor employee in the westbound section has always been so calming and helpful and personable every time i come to her area. Thank you, ladies!

Dillard's has a selection of good quality items and clothes for all sizes. They even have a big and tall section for the guys, I recently found out after doing some shopping for the holidays. So if you're a bigger guy and have been having trouble, this is the place to go. It can get a little pricy but if you think about how much use you can get out of the clothes, it's worth it.
