As my first time ever purchasing jewelry, especially an engagement ring I had no idea where to start. However Mrs. Powers was the best guide through that journey I could ever ask for! So helpful and patient with me , definitely recommend asking for her when you all go shopping for jewelry at Diamonds Direct!

I have to give a shout out to Jared at Diamonds Direct. When I walked in I had no expectations and was just inquiring. My wedding ring was white gold and has broken twice in 10 yrs. I wanted to change my ring to yellow gold (because that's what I mainly wear) but keep the design. I was told,by where we bought it, that it would be better to just buy a new one because the cost of changing it would be expensive. When I explained to Jared what we were wanting he assured me that wouldn't be a problem with them. I could have my original diamonds put into a new ring, same design, made by their jeweler. I was already sold. The finishing product was beyond what I expected! Absolutely gorgeous! I have posted pics of the before and after all with my original diamonds, except the center. We upgraded the center stone, and had my original center stone placed in a necklace. So happy with this experience. Thank you Jared for all your help and expertise!

Last week I went in for a repair, and found out I was eligible to utilize the upgrade program to purchase a beautiful new diamond for my engagement ring. Jared was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He greeted me with a warm smile and walked me through every step of the process. He took care of both my rings, had them serviced and returned in less than a week! The process was seamless and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. Thanks, Jared!

We recently upgraded my wedding band set at Diamonds Direct in San Antonio and got the pleasure of being helped by Laura Powers who was nothing but amazing! First of all and most importantly she was very warm and personable. She was extremely helpful in making my decision and I am absolutely in love with my new set. We have been Diamond Direct customers since 2014 which started with a promise ring and now have been happily married for over 8 years. Thank you Diamonds Direct!

I want to begin with the associate they helped us pick the my fiancé rings. Jared was amazing from start to end. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on his craft. We had no idea what we wanted and he explained everything and was very patient with us. He didn't make us feel rushed or anything. He was genuinely just trying to help us. Jared's customer service will be the reason we return here.The store had great options compared to the others we visited. Clean and great atmosphere. But once again, Jared is the main reason for our great experience. Ask for him! You won't be disappointed

Great experience! Was looking to buy a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. Don’t have much experience buying diamonds so wasn’t sure what to expect. Sid was at the door when I walked in, gave me a warm welcome. He explained all the basics of diamonds. He worked with me based on my budget and gave me a good price. I didn’t buy it first time hoping I can find better price somewhere else but ended up coming back here to make the purchase. Overall great experience from beginning to end.

I had a great experience! I brought a bracelet in to be resized and was told it would take about a week and a half to finish, but it was ready 2 days later! Such a quick turn around time! The staff was very attentive and professional, especially Juliet, she was a spectacular!

Allison made my experience at Diamonds Direct perfectly seamless! I had a very particular vision with the ring I wanted to get my fiancée, and from the very beginning, Allison was very accommodating and able to bring my vision to life.
