Bought the $15 "Clean Wash" option for my minivan. My vehicle is cleaner than before but still dirty, particularly on the rear hatch. The car wash doesn't seem to be able to effectively clean the rear of a vehicle. With the attached photo, you can see the brush marks in the dirt on the rear hatch.

This a fairly new car wash and they have it set up right, it does a good job washing and lots of vacuums with carpet scents and windex and plenty of clean wiping clothes

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE MEMBERSHIP HERE!! They will take your money without reason. I got the $9.99 deal for two months and tried canceling before the two months were over. Yet I still got charged 80 dollars for another month I did not want. They also make canceling very difficult. You have to remove your card and then email them your information in order to cancel. Furthermore, the first month I took my card off their system in order to not get charged even though I had already paid for two months their gate wouldn’t let me pass because it said “no card on file”. So am I supposed to keep my card on file in order to use something I already paid for?!? How does that make sense?
The day before the two months were over I took my card off their file and emailed them in order to cancel the subscription. I later received an email saying no need for hostility if you canceled it should be ok. Never helping me cancel the subscription.
The next day I saw I got charged 80 dollars so I proceeded to call them to fix this because I had taken my card off their system. I spoke to Mason he was calm but was negating what I was saying. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times and never got the phone handed to a manager.
All he would tell me was there’s nothing his can do.
All I want is help with this situation and it seems this business and owner is very hard on customers, not willing to listen and only there to take your money.
Here are the pictures of all the people in the reviews DEALING WITH SAME PROBLEM since the establishment has been opened. I’m very disappointed because the car wash itself was always satisfactory. However when there is an issue they are so quick to accuse the paying customer of fault and blame.
Another note be warned that you will receive no emails letting you know that your membership is going to be charged again, no emails for anything!! I feel so taken advantage on and it’s just a car wash!! I shouldn’t have to pay $80 because this system is clearly not made to easily cancel at any time. Please do not respond repeating what you have to all the other people having problems with your establishment, you know the issues and it isn’t getting fixed. This is scamming people.

Interesting extras, like free towels, are good. If you sign on for the monthly wash program,it is difficult to cancel the automatic payments.

Maybe you heard, but 2 weeks ago, I had a problem with one of my wheels in your car wash. I spoke with your manager Correy, who discounted any of my issues from the get-go. After calmly telling him what happened the Diamond Shine Car Wash, it was the most uncomfortable discussion I’ve had with anyone who was supposed to be a professional, providing customer service and caring for the concerns of their patrons. He acted like my issue was a personal attack to him, which it wasn’t.
I’m not a car wash person. I’ve always hand-washed, but my wife recently got me a wash subscription for father’s day. My visit was only my second time there. It wasn’t until I got home to wipe out my wheels did I notice the damage.
It just so happened that I took pictures of my wheels before entering the car wash that day because my first visit left black residue on my wheels. I wanted to show the attendant if it happened again. It happened again and showed it to one of your employees. He explained that it could he due to the tire shine applied at the end of the wash. He said I could have them turn it off before entering. I went through again and noticed less residue.
As mentioned before, when I got home and wiped everything down is when I noticed the damage. I immediately called Diamond Shine Car Wash and talked to Correy. He answered the phone like he hates his life and was bothered by my call. When your vehicle is damaged, the last thing you want to hear is that there is no way damage could happen in that car wash. I also don’t need to hear about your resume and how long you’ve been in the industry. I also don’t care to hear that you wash many high-end cars and you just had a Rolls Royce leave. That information is pointless and is just an attempt deflect away from your customer’s concern.
I showed up and he looked at the photos I took, the damage and continued to deny. He discounted them, saying that he didn’t know when I took them, even though they were time/date stamped. I said you can check your security cameras. He replied rudely, “Oh I will!” Do you get a lot of people visiting your car wash attempting to shake you down for repairs? He was clearly annoyed, as if to say I don’t matter. He had me go through the wash again. He stood inside the wash and watched me go through. At the end of the wash, I can hear a hard bump when that tire shine brush hit my rear wheel.
When I pulled out and parked, he could see the damage that he denied could happen, was worse than it was before going in again. He didn’t really have anything good to say. He analyzed it for a while, took some pictures and said he would talk to the owner (you), and see what you wanted to do. It wasn’t until after Correy allowed me to go through the wash again, when attempted to explain that it’s a known thing that modified cars are not covered at car washes. That isn’t a common-knowledge thing that everyone should know. Apparently there is a sign that he said no one reads. If the company was not willing to acknowledge any damage from a vehicle with custom wheels, why have me go through the wash again? Just to prove what? Why chance it? If I knew that, I wouldn’t have gone through again to damage my wheel even more.
He said to give him a few day to get back to him, and if I didn’t hear from him, call him back. What kind of care and service is that? It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing.
Now, I’d have to say my wife showed up the other day to get the wash plan transferred to her vehicle. She said Correy was really nice to her and even offered her free washes. He even apologized to her, which I didn’t even get. Not one, “sorry.” Perhaps that would have softened the sting of the event, but maybe that was too much because the would mean he’d take some sort of ownership for the damage. I don’t know.
Not sure if he actually called you, but I thought I’d reach out to you and see if you had a solution.

27JUN24: I just went to the Diamond car wash and unfortunately, only 80% of my car was clean. I selected the $20 option and this is the worst car wash place I’ve been to.

I stopped by for the first time today to get my car washed. My sister regularly uses this car wash and highly recommended it. Keep in mind I live very far away, so I had high expectations due to driving an hour to get here! Pulled up and saw the new member option for $9.99 for the first 2 months on their premium package...yes please! Signed up (absolutely seamless) and proceeded on. The attendant sprayed my car down on the front and back with probably a pre-wash of some sort. Then he placed my rear wiper in a bag to protect it. Thanks!! Okay, so after the wash was completed, I found a place to park and wipe down and vacuum my car. My first impression was OH MY GOODNESS, MY CAR LOOKS AMAZING!!! Bear in mind I've neglected my car and not washed it in about 1 month!!! This car wash got 95% of my car clean!!! It looks shiny and nearly brand new (my car is 10 years old). Love the extra amenities. I'm looking forward to scrubbing my rubber floor mats next visit.

Really great car wash. Very nice shine with minimal paint blemishes, wax keeps a good luster for days and lastly there's a good selection of care items they provide. Minus one for the lack of effort of the attendants.

Paid for the $13 wash. My car literally smells like shit water, and is still dirty. Don't waste your money.
