Been a patient at this clinic for 15 years. I've always had a good experience and Dr. Salhin managed to spot my cancer before it became an issue. They do have a lot of patients, but it is a good clinic overall.

Patient since 2020My last appointment was August 2023Then I moved out of town.My OB referred me here after my pregnancy bc my thyroid labs wasn't OK.Is going to be a loong wait until you see the Doctor. I always listened to a podcast while waiting. I know it could bother some people. But it was reasonable for me. The clinic has a lot of patients. You won't see staff doing nothing.Usually my appointments were at 11am and it follows:Check in 10:50Waiting at the Lobby 10:50- 11:40Being called by nurse to take vitals 11:40 - 11:50Wait outside the Doctor's Office 11:50 12:15Seeing the Doctor : 12:15 - 12:25Blood Work at lab InHouse 12:25- 12:30Check Out 12 : 35My Doctor was William Trigoso.And he is a good listener, he always answered my questions and carefully set my dosis medication on my second pregnancy. He explained me why I have all my symptoms and gave me advice.The Lab In-House. Is so great. I have only good things to say about all the Staff , how dedicated and careful they are.Nurses and Front Desk staff. They do their job I think as quick as they can. Don't expect them to be super nice and friendly, they do not have time for that.I gave them 4 stars bc you won't see the Doctor on every Appointment, instead they schedule you with the Nurse Practicioner. And they still charge you the same.And... sometimes, it took me up to 2 hours to finish the whole appointment.Good luck!

Shame on you Diabetes & Glandular Disease Clinic for being ugly and rude to my mom when she called to cancel her appointment today. They told her that if she didn’t drive to SA and make her appointment today they would give her a late appointment for May.Needless to say we’re looking for a new endocrinologist.Awful customer service!!!!Wish I didn’t have to give them any stars!!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, but have way more patients than they can handle. It is not uncommon to show up for an appointment and wait for over an hour and a half to see that actual Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. Very poor with time management. I’ve been a patient here for 2 years, looking for a better option.

We see their pediatric office. The front desk staff and Dr Pankratz have been incredible. Super personable and give timely updates (in person and over phone). The only reason for not having a 5 is because lab work appointments are always running late, we have been given inaccurate information for 24 hr tests, and the lab staff here do not offer personable/kid friendly experience for being pediatric focused (there is one gentleman there that is super gracious and good with kids, but the other 4 ladies we have not been great with bed side manners, instructions, friendly, and drawing of labs).

First appointment waited over two hours to been seen. Once back the rooms were unkempt and disorganized. Experience with provider was okay, he wasn’t prepared for me. Obviously didn’t review my chart.Lab work was very similar experience, I asked the phlebotomist if the standard was to overbooked to which they confirmed.Follow up tele health appointment with np was worse. Waited an hour for 10 minutes appointment in which the np was also not prepared or familiar with my care and reason for follow up. Then was billed for 30-39 follow up…fraud anyone?Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

I received a text message informing me that my appointment was cancelled. I call the office and the guy who answered tells me that the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office because he decided to go on vacation a day early. The guy on the phone didn’t offer to reschedule, I basically had to tell him that I needed to be rescheduled. He informs me that the next available appointment isn’t until November 17th. He had a very condescending tone. Highly unprofessional. I lost my cool, and told him off. I’m glad that I won’t be dealing with such an unprofessional staff. If this is how new patients are treated, I can only imagine how incompetent your office is.
