It is a hidden mail shop that has beautiful handcrafted religious ornaments. The service was okay just realized that the shop individual did not provide suggestions for the item being mailed out. Like certified mail or etc. Other than that it is a nice location.

Disgusting service. I requested package to be delivered on 5th June 2023 and they have delivered it today. I am on vacation and there is no one to collect that dropped package now.

This place has a theft ring going on here. We dropped off a package this past summer and the label was switched right after we left. We inquired with Fed Ex what had happened and why it was seized. They said it was due to Fraud. I called the owner and he said this happened with many other packages but not to worry he would get our package back. After multiple months of not hearing anything, he set us up with a so called insurance adjuster named Carlos. Carlos said we would have our money back shortly and to give him a few weeks . I have called Carlos for the past few months with no answer, I can see he’s reading my text but refuses to give any updates. I called back to the store and they’re screening my calls. It seems very clearly their running a scam.

If I could give no stars I would. The company I bought a living plant from on the 29th of April has been according to their updates has been out for delivery arriving by 8pm for four to five days. I am sure the plant is dead by now and I am sure I will never see it. Angry doesn't even cover what I am feeling right now. All they do when we call them is give us the run around. I will be asking sellers from now on if they use DHL to ship their items and if they do I will not buy from them. I cannot believe how incompetent this company is.The least they could do is deliver it so we could get a refund.
