Dr. Nanez always puts me at ease when it comes to my furbabies... & I always recommend this location to all my friends... everything from The ladies that greet you in the front to the vet visit in the back is always so pleasant. Maui, Butters & I appreciate yall so much.

I got my first dog in 2022 and I’ve been taking her here ever since. Dr. Wilcox is amazing and they are so helpful with any questions I have.

DeZavala truly cares about animals, even if you do not use their services. They were kind and understanding when we needed to find another clinic with payment plans and needed to cancel our appointment. Should we ever need to come to DeZavala I know our pets would be well taken care of!

It was a nice first experience here today. Although the reason for the visit was because my cat passed away. Rebecca and the staff I interacted with were all very nice and showed empathy. I’m not sure if I will be a pet parent again any time soon but if I do and I ever need help I am coming here.

I have been going to this vet for 20-plus years. They have seen all my pets come and go. Dr. Harrison is top-notch and very caring. Just this past Saturday, I took my cat in. She burnt her paws. I didn't have an appointment, so he was going to have some meds ready. When he saw that I had Dora with me, he took her and cleaned her paws and gave her some shots. All the staff is very
professional. Dr.Gradel and Dr. Wilcox are top notch too along with Erica at the front desk. I highly recommend it.

Love this place. Took our family pets here since we moved to SA over 30 years ago. Always so good with the animals we bring in. Staff is always so kind and caring towards our pets.

My family and I would like to thank this location and all the staff on Jan 9, 2024 for being very empathetic and giving a us kindness in our most devastating moment of our lives. You showed care and compassion to us specially to our senior dog. She was my first dog ever… at the time she was old and sick and this was my first time calling vet offices for prices and gathering information on putting our dog to sleep. It’s a horrible thing for anyone to have to go through. I had too do it so I called this location because I saw a honest review on another vet website that recommended Dezavala. That review was right and did not disappoint. When I first called I was coming down from a crying breakdown. The receptionist answered the phone and was so sweet her voice was soothing it made me ease my nerves. She gave me the information I needed overall she made me feel secured that my fur baby was going to be threatened with respect. And so they did, they explained everything you need to know about what was going to occur. When I arrived to the location at 9am I noticed how neat and clean this place was. I did not have not wait a minute long in the lobby because we were immediately taken to a private room to have time with our beloved pet. Thank you again to the staff, the Doctor and the Doctor assistant for the kindness that day. Thank you for having the best and reasonable prices for us everyday folk.

We’ve tried a few vet clinics in San Antonio and have had bad experiences. We have been bringing our two dogs to this clinic for about a year now and they are so patient and compassionate with us and our dogs. Whenever I’m nervous about something they will answer as many questions as they can over the phone to calm my nerves. Even when I bring my dogs in they answer my millions of questions. They are all very knowledgeable and you can tell they really love their jobs and care about these animals

Dr. Gradel & Crystal are truly miracle workers!! They both made myself as well as my cat feel loved and welcome at the same time they brought peace and calmness. Everything was very simple. Everything was broken down very well and explained the examinations were thorough and knocked out very quickly. They didn't push anything on you they didn't try to sell you anything they just took care of my cat took care of me and we were on our way, what an incredible experience two incredible people I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic if you want the best for your animals!
