Dr Wilis was wonderful. He was super patient and explained everything to my mother. All of the staff was helpful and very cordial. This is the only place my family will go to.

I visited for the first time for a couple of skin concerns. While they were indeed very fast and staff was friendly, the doctor was a little TOO FAST. I felt like a number. The doctor treated me like a "case", not a person. She had my information on the paper in her hand as she walked into the room, the paper they had me fill out at check-in, the paper that took me 15 minutes to fill out/answer, only for the doctor to not even take 2 minutes to look at! Had she cared enough to look at it, she would've known I'm pregnant. Instead, she made a quick diagnosis and decided what she would prescribe. What if I hadn't mentioned verbally that I was pregnant? Do doctors expect pharmacies to be responsible for patient's safety? The medication she was prescribing is not safe for pregnancy. Additionally, the doctor was not personable at all, didn't care to ask me but a couple of questions as she backed away towards the door. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am! Didn't even try to PRETEND she cared, instead she made it very obvious she did not. No patient education was provided, no recommendations, no additional questions. TERRIBLE ! While I may return to the clinic, I will not be requesting the same physician!

Saw Dr Reynal for a follow-up and to ask a few questions about hair removal and botox injections. He patiently answered my questions and explained everything to me. Explained procedures and recovery process. Everyone here has been kind every time I've come, the Dr's have been helpful and informative. Been coming off and on for several years now. I'll continue to use this office for my dermatology needs.

This is a review on the Coolsculpting Elite & Cooltone Demo I attended yesterday. Check-in at the front desk was smooth & Coolsculpting rep had already hooked up the female patient, Carmen who was in the demo. Carmen looked relaxed & didn't seem to be in any discomfort. The rep was thorough & had to show her presentation on her laptop vs. the mounted TV monitor because it wasn't connecting. She answered many questions about the procedure, pros & cons, where you can't have it done as far as on the body & general experiences she's heard as a rep for the past 7 years. The Cooltone demo wasn't as popular with the participants so I was able to try it out on my belly just to see what it feels like. It kinda tickled when it would vibrate which indicated when the lactic acid would be released. The process is supposed to mimic doing a ton of situps when it is activated at it's maximum level. Mine was at a lower level for demo's sake. The Medical Assistant called my name & I got an evaluation. She was helpful, honest, friendly & talked about her personal experiences with the Coolsculpting & how the Elite machine is more advanced than previous versions. She assured me & gave honest feedback when I asked questions. The staff was helpful in general, rooms & front areas were clean.

Brought my patient here and the front desk person was rude and condescending. She embarrassed my patient. She had no patience for my elderly patient and I will do my best to not have to bring her or any of my other patients again. The doctor was perfectly fine and patient but that woman up front sucked and doesn’t deserve to work around people who require patience and assistance.

I called to make an appointment with this group of doctors with offices around the city and I was told there was a cancellation for 9 AM on Monday morning at the Pat Booker location. That is on the exact opposite side of town from me, so I made very sure of the time and had to check my maps to see how long it would take me because my work starts at 8 AM. So I showed up at 8:50 and the receptionist greets me with, "The appointment was 8:15." Not the far more appropriate response, "I'm sorry sir, but we show the appointment as 8:15 AM." I explained to her that there must've been some mistake on their part, because I was told 9 AM, and then I showed her the text I sent to my wife immediately after getting off the phone on Thursday which I always do so my wife can remind me that I have an appointment. Lol. The receptionist looks at me and says, "Well we can't go off of that." Yeah, no duh. I was just trying to establish the fact that it was 9. So then she tells me I would have gotten a text. I checked my phone and I did not get a text. I then sat in the waiting room and called the phone number where I made the appointment, and they were not helpful at all and could not explain why I didn't get a text or a confirmation call. Long story short, although she used all the key polite words, the receptionist's attitude was dismissive and contemptuous. I walked out without treatment, and on my long drive back to the west side of the city, I was able to procure an appointment at Westover Dermatology for tomorrow. Let's hope that goes better.

She was the most kindest patient caring female Doctor any Doctor for that matter and assistant tried hard to comfort an end. Assure me and even apologize for the injection to make sure didn't hurt. They were totally awesome, however. The people at the front desk intake reception is kind of starchy. It could be a lot kinder in their voice seemImpatient hurriedly In the manner, maybe they were just having a bad day so sad. Hope they get better.
