They ruined my daughter's hair, terrible bleaching and even then they applied a fantasy color that left it worse. I have photos. They are not honest at all and much less are they professional. They do not recognize that they are wrong and even less offer you an apology. On the contrary, they say that they do not work miracles. What a lack of respect for the customer
