Yahhh this place has definitely gone down hill, moved away from area YEARS ago now that I'm back in the area again this place has incredibly gone down hill... Let's start on the positives, the female cashier's are always so calm and courteous knowing they got that LONG line of customers due to ONLY ONE cashier (On a Saturday night at that) so BIG kudos to them!!! ?? Now let's go ahead and talk about the individuals who stand in front of the door like they are about to tackle someone for walking in with a water cup!! The fact that he hounded the poor cashier on WHY I am returning my items that SUCKED that I paid for with my own HARD WORKING MONEY!?!? Such a shame, to see this store the way it is... My family and I as well as my friends (especially cause we go once a week to get something quick and simple for a night out) will no longer be going to this location... Harassing people for drinks they have and harassment on people that are clearly there to shop and spend their hard earned money is beyond me....

Don’t waste your time coming to this place I bought some clothes and a piece has some holes after I checked it out at home later and they used excuses to not accept the return. They don’t respect consumers policies. ????????

I’m a pretty regular customer here even though it’s a bit of a drive from my area. I like coming to this one because they have selective amount of options than the one close by my home. This time was different while shopping my daughter told me that she could not move and her bladder was hurting her. I turned an saw a security service guard and asked if she could have someone open the restroom for my daughter please (with a smile)that it’s an emergency even explain to her that her bladder was hurting her she couldn’t hold it. The security service guard then told me that my daughter couldn’t use there restroom. I told her she’s just a child and the security service guard said no it’s employees only in a rude tone. I then told her that I’m a regular customer here and my daughter has use the restroom in past. I asked to speak to the manager who is only steps away and heard the conversation Andrea the manager I believe who then also said that she could not use the restroom. I asked for both of their names the security guard refused and said Im not giving you my name I asked again because I like to make a report she then said I don’t have to give you my name in a rude tone again making a scene in front of the whole store
I had to take my daughter to the dollar tree next-door even after buying stuff from DD‘s discount and being a customer. I didn’t have to buy anything at the dollar tree and they allowed my daughter to use there restroom.
I know legally according to the Ally’s Law
The Restroom Access Act, also known as Ally's Law, is legislation passed by several U.S. states that requires retail establishments that have toilet facilities for their employees to also allow customers to use the facilities if the customer has a medical condition requiring immediate access to a toilet,
The law is named for Ally Bain, a 14-year-old girl from Illinois who had a flare-up of her Crohn's disease while shopping at a large retail store and was subsequently denied use of the employee-only restroom, causing her to soil herself. Bain's mother vowed it would never happen to anyone else. The two met with Illinois State Representative Kathy Ryg, helped her draft a bill, and testified before a committee at the state capital. The bill was signed into law in August 2005, making Illinois the first U.S. state to do so.
Should really put a sign on their door that says no restroom to the public. Poor customer service expect rude behavior from our staff and Security and you won’t leave without being humiliated.

Has anyone gone to this location ? The attitude and atmosphere is just horrible . The girl at the register with tattoos on her arms and hands ,is just always miserable . Everyone in there looks like they just need some type of attitude readjustment . If you don’t like your job, do something about it . Do better , and always leave your problems at home . And leave your work problems at work . I will be calling corporate , again to have this issue fixed . It’s ridiculous that you go to spend money just to be greeted awful and get attitude .

Very crowded loss prevention was rude over the intercom. Threatening to take people's drink away. And to throw them out the store. They only had 1 cashier for about an hour. Then 1 girl came back to help. The rest were just walking around picking up hangers.

Employees are very rude and unpleasant at this store and always complaining.....I just left 4/7/24 5pm, and I don't think I'll be returning. I'll find more welcoming DDs
