I am here for New Year's for treatment, I've been scheduled for 8,it is now 8:27 ,I have not been spoken to by any nurse,tech.THEY seem unorganized. VERY THANKFUL FOR MY CLINIC ,ROUND ROCK DAVITA !

Davita is my life saver. My kidneys failed November 2015 and they took me on as a patient although my kidney disease is not common (IgA Nephropathy) they have been nothing but helpful and educating. I recommend all locals and travelers to come. We are all friendly and the staff is super awesome. Televisions are provided with direct tv channels and there is a vending machine and water machine in the lobby. They don't mind you bringing your own snacks or meal either. I finish my work day here so internet is important to me and provided. Hope you get your next treatment here. See you soon.

My mom had to do her dialysis here while visiting San Antonio for an emergency. When I picked her up the security guard opened the door and helped her with her stuff. He was so nice and pleasant. It really made my day. My mom said the whole staff is like this. She said the attitude positively affects the patients and they were just as warm and welcoming! We have been to many dialysis centers and many Davita Centers, there is absolutely something special about this one. Perhaps this staff can serve as an example for training other centers. Kudos to whoever is running it. Thank you and your wonderful staff.
