I called about paper shredding services, but was told they don't take phone calls and I needed to email a request and they would schedule me. So I emailed. A week later and I still hadn't received a call so I called back. They tried to tell me the same thing, but I told them my experience and they said they would call me back. They did call me back and scheduled it for the following morning (today) at 8:30am. We open at 9, so I made sure to get here at 8am to be able to get this done. Nobody showed up. I called and the person on the phone kept asking me to repeat the address and business name. She claimed that she couldn't find any information on us being serviced today. I'm reading reviews and keep seeing response saying they don't have records of people, but they've been in the business for 20 years. I actually just received a call from the rep informing me that somebody did come by but nobody was in the office, which is not true. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
