This place has decent cars but MEGAN is so unProfessional she states the calls were recorded but I have audio of how she was super rude I was NOT cursing I WAS upset because we asked her to put payments every month we asked her by phone and thru text which I have well she did not. When I called she kept hanging up laughing saying having a nice day and hanging up I called a million times and she kept hanging up. That’s not going to make a customer more upset?? Worst customer service from this lady ever and would not give me any info on MY vehicle I will be posting audio on Facebook and TikTok and the reason this place has so many good reviews is because they make customers write a good review before they release the keys after u pay for the vehicle. This lady is setting u up for failure….. laughing really how professional

GM Jay at Dale’s Motors Co as well as the payment and repair center deserve five stars. If your teenager is ready to drive, you just need to get to A and B, or you’re starting over in life this dealership is it!!!! The repair shop is there to help with repairs you may need throughout your journey. Sandra at the payment center works diligently to keep payments of car and repairs feasible to your budget. The dealership has a very nice selection of PickUp trucks everything else keep an eye on mileage and understand TLC, but like I said they have the repair shop so you don’t have to pay $2K to replace the transmission (if needed). Customer service from the front end to the front office is excellent and well deserved 5 stars.

If I could give it a 0 I would. This place is the worst. I wrote a good review last year and it wasn’t because I had good services. It was because I was told to by an employee to give a good review and they would wave the $5 card fee. And that employee no longer works there. And still the way they handle business is horrible. If my car were to break down, yes they do have a machine and the bill goes on your car payment bill but they charge an arm and leg and leave you without a way of transportation. I can’t wait to finally be done with this company. It shows 4.0 star rating and by the looks of the comments it still shows this is a horrible company to buy a car from. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible customer service, if you are 2 days late they will call references, jobs and call you multiple times within the hour. Don't waste your time trying to speak with the manager Megan , her staff will tell you she's on the phone and will call you back but through out the phone conversation they are talking to her, and she will not call you back. Very bad attitude and will try to collect your payment days before it's due. I wouldn't recommend buying a bicycle from this company the staff are all ex waffle house employees very rude and inconsiderate about any emergencies you might experience. Don't waste your time or money at this place they have a bad day everyday and no understanding. Poor leadership..

I bought a car from this place and this has been my worst experience. Car broke down two days after getting it and they charged me to “fix it” two days later broke down again and they charged me and then two days later after that. I decided to take it to an actual mechanic who told me that the car was a disaster waiting to happen. I then took it back and they charged me almost $1000 dollars to fix what they said they had fixed previously. The price keeps going up I keep having problems with the car and anytime they fix it they charge me more. Let’s not forget that I had a warranty in which these things were supposed to be covered and they waited till after the warranty was gone to “fix” the vehicle. Never again. And they wonder why I don’t feel up to paying for the car. My payment was supposed to be 250 a week now I’m up to almost 470 a week. Worst place ever .Wish I had never gone. Please stay free of this place. All they care about is profit they don’t care about you having a reliable vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Dale's Auto after putting $2,000 down. By the following week I notified management that there was something wrong with my car. I dropped my vehicle off on several occasions only to be told that there was "nothing wrong with my vehicle". I had my vehicle towed to a reputable dealer due to my car not wanting to drive and was completely flabbergasted as to what the outcome was. My transmission along with the engine and radiator went out, only to be told by Dales that the lemon law don't apply to used vehicles.. If you are looking for a dependable vehicle, run from Dale's (1426 se military Dr 78214). They will gladly sell you a lemon.

I would just like to give a BIG THANKS to ALL the people working at this car dealership. My son bought a car from them and they have helped him so much with his car payments they really do work with you. So if anyone needs a car and like meeting nice people go there to Dale’s motors and they will help you as much as they can.
