Soo we had purchased a vehicle from this placed...we saved for this vehicle cause our van had broke down on us, we were impressed by how fast and easy it was to get a vehicle and we're happy with our new Ford flex....2 weeks in to having the vehicle it starts breaking down ..letting off fumes smell,we would hear like a popping noise when we turn ,check engine light went on ,and then it started making weird noises not to mention it started having trouble turning on...i called the payment center telling them our problems we were having and she said if we could take it to AutoZone to get a check engine light scan we do has she says...the report comes back with major issues we called the lady back explaining to her what was said ...she then said that we would have to make a appointment and then they would put us on a payment plan to pay for repairs that were already there before they sold us the vehicle...then when we asked if we would be put in a loner vehicle while they work on our car being that we still have work and kids they said no..their insurance doesn't cover loners.then I asked well can we trade in the vehicle since it's gonna need major work and we're still technically paying the down payment and down payment with payment plans and CPI she said no we can only offer to fix the vehicle and put you on a payment plan to pay off what we fixed..when we asked for the payment I had just made to the truck back Not the whole down payment just the payment we had made so we can try to find another car elsewhere....they said all payments are final ....so then I called the dealership to see if they can do something to help ....got the same run around...so to break it down you are put on a 3 year lease if let's say your vehicle breaks down their nothing they can do for you beside work on it and then make you pay for it but either way your out a vehicle and money....not to mention they supposedly check all vehicles before putting them on the lot for lease
