I myself would give ZERO stars if i could... These ppl are DEF scam artists!! CROOKS!! There's no way the reviews that are beyond 1 star are real!! FAKE FAKE FAKE!! They not only sold my pregnant daughter n law (and 2 other kids) a p.o.s vehicle that according to their mechanic "didn't even inspect"- PROMISED her that it would b "a great car" for her and the kids. Well... This car that was $2200 car, jumped up to a $5000 car bc she had to have the remaining money financed after a $1000 down payment. That vehicle isnt worth $500!!! Her first car buying experience went WAAAAY wrong!!! These ppl are CROOKS!!!

??? 3 red flags for this place Car Nation. I’ve read similar stories to mines. I would have to agree, they are very sketchy about their sales. I test drove the vehicle, don’t get me wrong very clean truck well maintain but I could feel a little jump in the acceleration. Now that didn’t make me walk away. We agreed they would do a tune up on the vehicle and I would come back to re-test drive and decide if it was worth the buy. Israel had promised me the truck would be ready early morning the next day with a down refundable (I had to mention to him because he tried to brush it off and not add it in the receipt ) deposit of $500 to secure the truck and that they had a full time mechanic coming in at 8 am to work on it. Noon comes around my husband calls from another number he picks up and says “ tune is complete, I’ll call you back” 3:00 pm comes around and I call... no answer, my husband calls... no answer. So now we drive up there to get the money back( if business does not start off good, “keep it pushing” it won’t end out good.) We get there Israel nor the truck is there, Randy is trying to play it off saying” he thinks it’s in the back” knowing the manager( don’t know his name) had been driving the truck for I don’t know how many days now. Granted Jesse was the one to calm me, he call Israel and Israel picks the phone right. Finally the manager drives up with the truck and Randy still thinks I want to test drive as if he didn’t hear anything I had just said. No Thank You...”Give me my money”

Car Nation should be renamed to RIP OFF Nation. Before i get started the only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't give you the option for ZERO STARS. The car that was purchased less than a month ago needs over $1000 in parts and Service. Turns out the oxygen sensors are bad, Check engine light is on, the timing chain has worn, there is an oil leak and tension belts are bad. The Sales guy absolutely knew the car was leaking oil because he filled it up with oil before the keys were given. I Thought he was just capping it off. smh The worst part is seeing the disappointment in my nephews face when he realized that he was taken advantage of. Now these slimy scumbags are not answering their phones which further confirms that they have POOR business practices, unscrupulous character and deplorable behavior!The fake reviews you see are sickening. Don't be a fool!Remember what i say and check the local news, Social Media, the BBB and whatever else i can get my hands on, because my intention is to protect anyone else from being a victim, especially a young person attempting to do the right thing, working tirelessly for minimum wage, attending college and turning over his hard earned money to a bunch of grown crooks destined to dance in hell.What a shame these cowards won't answer the phone and speak to this spectacular young man destined for greatness. Shame on YOU. BeWare! You have been warned. Auto Nation are Scam artists.

So this is a cash car type place. And the salesman were great. They let me spend hours checking out all they had to offer. Let me test drive whatever I wanted for as long as I wanted without question. Unfortunately I can't give em 5 stars because their inventory was less than stellar. Of the cars I drove only 2 were seemingly without immediate service needs. While disappointing, nobody attempted to mislead me. I get the feeling these are just a honest group of guys that get used cars and try to resell em for a very small profit. Not crooks. Their inventory rotates, maybe you'll get lucky and find a good one.

I'd give it a below zero if possible. I wish I'd seen the reviews of this dealer prior to buying a car here. The guy is a dishonest crook. He out right lied to me about the mechanical condition of a car I bought, and I'm still waiting for the registration and title. Pay a little extra and get a certified preowned from a reputable dealer.

One of the absolute worst car lots in San Antonio. While car hunting, I went to check out what they had to offer in their lot, one of the salesmen named Randy started cursing at another customer and throwing things. Making comments how he hates when customers go in to complain about not getting things promised in their agreements. Well that huge red flag was all I needed to Not buy a car there. God forbid if I did and something went wrong, he definitely made it clear they did not want to honor their agreements nor help customers.
