We've all seen the video by now, I've never been here, just wanted to make everybody aware that it's not legal for them to keep your bike. Same applies to auto repair shops. Just call the police. They will need to take you to court for their up charged unapproved work since it's a civil matter, however if they try to keep your bike that's theft and a criminal offense.

The store is a disorganized mess with odd messages all over the place advising your to "keep out" and "stay away from here". Most are negative messages. They act like they are apart of the cycling community but the bike selection is just above Wal-Mart quality. Most are old outdated bikes with parts that would be hard to find and service. It's not an actual bike shop as much as it is a store filled with junk that is has a common interest that is cycling. Neither of the owners seem like they have ever been on a bike nor know much about the industry.Update: We can now see that the crazy owner responds not with some kind of message to explain the issue but to attack the poster. You all have been warned. Stay away from this bike shop unless you like problems and dealing with unhinged owners.

I have never seen a more blatant extortionist than this shop for your own safety keep all agreements with this shop in writing and hold them accountable for their actions. Before you think about wasting your time and money here jus read some the responses from the pathetic owners. They clearly know they have been outted for their practices. Keep it going. The Internet is forever. Proving me right with replying is beautiful.

Seems I don’t even need to write a review with how bad they are. Everyone else seems to agree. Customer service wasn’t up to standards. Don’t waste your time. The owner even seems to have gone off the rails writing comments on reviews. Definitely not a place you want to spend your money.

Absolutely trash shop! Employees were incredibly rude, wildly overcharge for products, and wouldn’t give me clear answer for cost of parts. Don’t waste your money here!!!! It’s always nice to support small businesses but now when they’re being run by inbred white trash.

My complaint is about the answers (insults) provided by the owners on reviews that are unfavorable.Candidly, their comments to customers lack flow, proper grammar and spelling, and an overall misuse of capitalization. Also the responses are a more “stream of consciousness” style rather than a composed, well thought out commentary.Perhaps customizing answers to feedback rather than reusing insults from previous reviews would better articulate their sentiments. If one chooses to insult another, a bit more customization and creativity would enhance the experience for all.

Why is it that they are only answering the comments that are supposedly beneficial to them? Isn't a good business supposed to address customer concerns ??♂️I probably would have spent money here had I read a response to someone of these reviews ??♂️Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer just for that!

i went in for a simple chain fix a few months ago while I was visiting a friend. (We like to bike when I come visit). Very nice people at first but then when all was said and done and a price was agreed upon, I was told through a message that extra stuff was done and my new amount was four times what it was agreed upon. I had the money but this was an absolute sham. They stole my money and held my bike as ransom. A bike i put a lot of time into too. The worst part is that they never told me what they fixed nor did they ask me to fix it since it wasn’t what I asked for

They are currently under a class action lawsuit for failing to notify before upcharging bike repair and unlawful seizure of property, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE and do not buy any used bikes as they could be someone else’s property that they’ve unlawfully untainted. If you are looking for a good local business to get a new bike or bike repair FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!the owner will place a reaction that this info is not true and my reaction needs to be removed. do not believe them!
