I asked for help finding a case to put medicine in and the employees were having a gossip circle. When I asked, one girl looked at me like I was stupid while the other ones moved away to keep gossiping and drinking their starbucks. The woman I asked for help told me isle 11 and said they didn't have any cotton cases. (That's fine btw) except for the she just sent me to a isle with PLASTIC BOTTLES. Not even pill cases from what I could see. Hope something gets done to deal with these issues because it's extremely unprofessional.

Cashiers are rude. Lack in customer service. On their phones and not looking up at the customers when they are talking.

Went to get my Rx and they took forever to just attend me... I have been waiting at the drive through for 10 minutes and nothing. Worst service ever

Had new prescriptions filled that i have never taken before with the check out pad saying counseling needed for one medication. Pharmacist unwilling to talk about new meds, probably due to her eating and working (which is disgusting in health care). supplies not given to even administrator medications or any offer to purchase so now I have meds that are impossible to administrator when I got home. Disappointing that they refuse to do education for new medications, which should be a priority when your own system says it's required and the patient has questions.

been going to this cvs for years and i'm completely done doing business with them. the service is so poor there and i refuse to go back. absolute horrible experience's. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! HEB here i come. i am speaking of the pharmacy. no more RX's from me!!!!!!

Pharmacy people are rude and inconsiderate, my 8 year old needed to go restroom and having 5 people in the pharmacy area you would think atleast one of them would take 10 seconds to open the door to the restrooms but no, they told my son to ask the one single person in the front who is alone.
This CVS pharmacy is the worst, the front counter people are probably stressed of having to deal with the front and the back of the store as well because the pharmacy staff are lazy.
The restroom door is literally next to the pharmacy while the cashier is all the way in the front...like come on...it was an 8 year old child who needed to go.

The pharmacist is not helpful. She is very rude and condescending. She is getting reported to the state. I suggest if anybody has any issues with this for pharmacy you report them to your insurance and to your state. They by law cannot be rude or be discriminatory against anybody. And the pharmacist does not care about anybody's mental health or patient concerns whatsoever. She will put her her opinion before anybody's care. This is the worst pharmacy in San Antonio. Do not go here at all. The only people that are willing to help you are the pharmacy techs. DO NOT COME HERE!!! They REDFLAGGED a prescription I have been picking up for 6 months because Anastasia K. Was being extremely condescending rude and just dismissed me off. She told me because my only prescription being filled here wasn’t enough for her to conclude my health that was enough justification for her to deny me! “I just can’t believe a grown man would only take this one medication” like excuse me? It’s not your business. She thinks she is a doctor lol! Everytime I have come in here they always find a way to be extra lazy and not get anything done! This time they found a way to deny my prescriptions and now I have to wait 3 days for my new one. All the Pharmacists here are trash.

I've had cvs as my pharmacy for many years. Here recently the customer service is HORRIBLE they would not fill my paper prescription, they said it was fraud prescription. My dentist was even on the phone trying to tell them his prescription was not fraud. I am definitely changing all my prescription to another pharmacy. Maybe because we live in a poor side of town the pharmacist thinks she could treat us like trash!!! I hope someone that can could fire these horrible people gets rid of these very rude people. It's so sad!!! How they deal with the public

I have been trying to get my prescription for almost two weeks and I still can’t get it. This is the worst customer service I ever had all employees are rude they make you wait for at least 25 to 30 minutes for pickup inside they don’t even acknowledge the customers someone needs to retrain all these employees. I have been calling they don’t answer the phone 📞 I am fixing to go up there and raise some hell, I want to know why are customers being ignored and why can’t I get my medication 💊 yet. I will be calling someone in the corporate office.
I need my medication taking my business to H-E-B.

The worst pharmacy ever .
The chubby guy at the pharmacy gave me some old medication from last year's previous Dr which I don't even go anymore and he charged them with the new medication not telling me about it , after getting home I found out about it and called them and they said we don't take medication back once it goes out , he said call later in a week talk to the manager, I did and manager said ohh you have same day to bring back , I told her I called and she said to bad I can't do nothing, , garbage team of this CVS pharmacy, I won't ever come here to waste my money anymore, zero is what they deserve in this review, if you customers don't want to LOSE MONEY , don't come here , go to Walmart rather on Ray Ellison they are way better .
The fact the manager acted and responded like she was careless, that is the worse of it all,

Went to pick up my daughter’s prescription, through pharmacy they took about 20 minutes before being acknowledged. That’s even ringing the bell twice. Then a man comes to the window slides it open sprays something looks at me and says nothing! So my husband gives him the name of our daughter and he stares again saying nothing wobbling his head then says last name. Then he stands there at the window holding the receipt to be signed but don’t say anything does the same thing with the prescription. Mind you hes not reaching out the window he just rest his hand on the window seal. I asked for his name and he said umm why so I asked him again he said nothing. Then I asked for a manager he mumbled something and closed the window. I will be calling to speak to a manager because I will see that this is taken care of if he can’t handle his job he obviously shouldn’t be there!
