My mom is extremely sick, trying to see one MinuteClinic person to determine if it's COVID or something else, and get some treatment started. After driving to three different locations, I called this location and spoke to a very nice lady at a call center who assured me they were open until 7:30. My mom arrived an hour before closing, checked in, waited after 2 people and was told by a very rude woman on-site that she "would not" see her, with no concrete reason given. If someone arrives in plenty of time, if they wait behind others who have arrived, what is the reason you don't want to see someone, if you're supposedly a medical professional?

Sat behind someone over 10 mins but when my stuff isn’t ready I’m told to drive back around. There is ALWAYS an issue with my prescriptions or their system…if I had different insurance I would definitely go back to HEB!

Purchased a new drug that was prescribed by my Dentist. I have never used it, had some questions about how to use it. The Pharmacist stop what she was doing and answered my questions. She made sure that I understood before I left.

CVS Minute Clinic. I took my daughter here because she was running a fever. It is cheaper and faster to come to a clinic like this, than go to an hospital ER. It's ridiculous what a hospital ER charges your insurance for a simple visit. The only down side is, I started looking for appointments early in the morning and they were all booked until the afternoon around 5pm. We were put on a wait list when I first signed up. No issues during the visit and the pharmacy filled the anti biotics right there. What a great place to come to when you just need meds for a toddler. Thank you.

Went in for my photos 30min before my appointment and they kept messing with the machine and told me to resend my photos and then ignored me for most of the time while i waited like an idiot at the front. They them blamed their service members for the broken machine. I told them i would just come back. CVS stop understaffing your damn stores because then no one is attended.*update*I got my photos the next day. They all have creases in them. Smh.

The girl that answered the phone had an attitude failed to me their system down and told me my rx would be transferred from Walgreens in an hour I call back an hour later and have to give all my info again and start over and they blame out on the system they refused to tell me their names I’m sick and they could care less about me getting my meds. COMMON COURTESY TO TELL ME YOUR SYSTEM DOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I CAN GO ELSEWHERE I DON’T UNDERSTAND
