‼️WARNING‼️ I came into this pharmacy after being in the ER and receiving a cocktail of pain meds; I was very groggy to say the least. I received my medications and left. When I got home I took all the medications as stated on the bottle. Later that evening at ended up at the ER again, where I came to find out that I had an antibiotic that was not on the prescription list in my paperwork!I called the pharmacy and spoke to Darian who was rude and condescending with her tone and cut me off and placed me on hold she asked me if I asked for a consultation and I said, “no isn’t that you job?”? Why she would think it’s my job, a patient who is groggy from meds and being in the hospital for hours to ask them to give me a consultation? Isn’t that their job? What if the meds counteract with each other? Why didn’t the pharmacist go over/ask me to go over the meds?If you choose to go here after reading this, good luck and Make sure you ask them to double check your meds and make sure you know exactly what meds you should be having bc the pharmacist will not go over it with you unless you ask and will also not check your paperwork unless you ask.As for me, I will gladly move over to Walgreens.As for Darian, she needs training to refresh her customer service skills and learn to be kind and patient when sick customers call in asking for clarification for their negligence.

ROBERTO had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help us get out passport photos!!! The process was easy. Thank you Roberto for being so kind and amazing!!!

Takes at least for your meds to come in. The hours open are not for those that work. The staff us extremely rude. Don't bother going around lunch. The pharmacy shuts down for lunch instead of staggering shifts. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS I would NEVER come here.

I've been using this CVS for many years. The quality of service in the pharmacy has gone downhill and it does not appear that they care one bit about customer service. This morning, I went to use the drive thru and arrived at 9am. The window was still closed. A couple of minutes later, someone opened the locked shutters. I was not greeted in any sort of friendly manner at all. The transaction was very robotic and there was no sense whatsoever that I was appreciated as a valuable customer. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy and sever my relationship with CVS. Hopefully they can look at how they treat customers and fix it.

I was helped by Cristina today and she was very, very sweet and helpful. She was the only employee up at the front and there was a lot going on when I went. A few people were in line in front of me and a few people were at self check out. She kept reassuring me she would be right with me but I was in no rush I could see she had her hands full. I was just there to pick up a few canvas prints and she helped me very quickly. Thank you Cristina for being so sweet & helpful!!!

Worst customer service both in person on the phone… that is if you can get anyone to answer. While I wrote this I have been on hold for 30 min. They just keep picking up once it rings and placing it on hold don’t even answer. Only once Walgreens pharmacy please hold and place you on hold before even finishing the sentence. Then when it rings back they just automatically place it on hold. I have even called on two phones at the same time.No someone just picked up stated “we will be with you as soon as we can” they answered the phone I called from the 2 nd time and said super busy how can I help you. I said I need to call in a prescription. She didn’t say anything just out be back on hold.Worse customer service ever!You can still be busy and answer the phone

I got a prescription for my youngest as he had an ear infection. I went, and they said they didn't have it and would be closing soon for lunch, so I left to go home and wait for a text/call. Only 15 minutes later, did I get a text stating it was ready for pick up. :(The store itself is okay. You always have to wait for someone to come help you. And it isn't a normal wait... we're talking 10+ minutes for them to even notice.It is clean, though. It is just sad because so many CVS locations are closing due to rampant theft, and the ones not experiencing that just aren't great. I hope they do better before the company dies a slow and painful death.

I had to switch my prescriptions here due to insurance and it has been so hectic. #1 they never answer the phone, this is the closest location to me and I still live a far distance #2 they make u call around to find which location has your medication in stock and the last complaint is they are rude. I loved my pharmacy it's ashamed I had to change because of insurance working with CVS I may be looking to transfer to a different location because I don't think a customer should be treated this way. I would recommend read your reviews before switching to this location

I love to shop at CVS!! They have great products, prices and coupons. I also love to earn their extrabucks!! It really helps stretch your money. Their staff are really helpful and friendly.

I have been without my medicine over a month.this pharmacy is aways running out on medicine or back up.Always have problems when picking up my prescriptions.This pharmacy has the worst customer service
