I had to visit the pharmacy several times over the past couple weeks. Each time the Rx Techs were super professional and friendly! I’m transferring here from a CVS that closed and was scared because of the negative reviews but still tried them out for convenience of location and drive through. 4 interactions so far and I’m here to say they’re doing a great job! Very professional, greeted with a smile each time, showed they cared, and even went it of their way to make connections!

Worst pharmacy service EVER, and that's saying something. My son gets to suffer without medication because his prescription is being held hostage by a cvs computer system and cvs didn't fill it but no other pharmacy can either since cvs has possession of it. And no one is willing to do anything to help!

it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in a line at a cvs for so long.

I used the passport photo service, but ended up with very low-quality, terrible photo and terrible service.

Employees overworked and understaffed! It is not fair to them or the customers. I use to love coming here, the employees are absolutely amazing but CVS as a company has gone down hill

Once again there can only be one or two people in line at the pharmacy can expect to wait 3045 or 60 minutes it’s ridiculous this location never has any diet cokes or diet Pepsi never!

Got here at 5 pm on a Sunday behind a car and as I was pulling up to get my medications, they shut the pharmacy window on me and just walked off. I was literally here behind the car waiting and they couldn’t even get me my prescriptions that are already paid for after the car in front drove off. It was rude and ridiculous. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to somewhere more friendly to their customers.

If I could give a zero star rating I would! Store items everything is over priced. Pharmacy wise hands down worst customer service! I always have problems with their pharmacy. They close daily 5-10 minutes earlier than the hours posted if there is no line. I’ve showed up with less than 10 minutes until they close and have been refused numerous times. This last time really upset me and is the reason for this review! I went to pick up 2 prescriptions and to my surprise weren’t ready. The tech who helped me at the pick up window asked if I was gonna wait or come back. I told the tech I would wait. (Don’t mind the fact that I am sick.) I waited over an hour no one notified me when then meds were ready. There were others who came in after me who waited for their meds and left before me. The pick up line started to back up and at this point another tech was at the pick up window. The tech who helped me moved to the drop off window and after I realized I had been there over an hour I went to the drop off window and asked the tech how much longer before my prescriptions were gonna be ready. The tech said oh I can check on that “Yes sir they’re ready you can go to the pick up side.” Didn’t even bother to help me knowing I had already been waiting over an hour and made me wait in line again! Worst customer service ever!! If could go back to H-E-B Pharmacy I would drop CVS in a heartbeat!!

Terrible staff in pharmacy. I have been trying for almost a week to fill my new medication. I had a Savings Card and the gentleman at the window say, "I'll put it in but you'll need to come back in 15 minutes." So I went ran errands and then the pharmacist calls back and says, "I will have to call the Savings Card number to activate it myself." Then after all that they do not honor the savings card and I pay full price. Then when I go to pick up my medications another clerk at the window says, "You only have one prescription ready." I tell him I have texts that they are BOTH ready. He says, "Sorry, don't know why they send out those texts." He doesn't go look again or ask anyone above him like the pharmacist if it is ready. Then I get home and recieve another text that my medication is ready. This CVS IS SO INCONVENIENT AND NOT WORTH THE HASSLE TO DO YOUR BUSINESS THERE. This CVS needs some serious training and intelligent people working there. They have a DO NOT CARE for the customer attitude for their staff.

I had a very terrible experience at this cvs. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic. I picked it up and drove home. When I got home the antibiotic was not mixed. I was given the antibiotic in powdered form how it comes in the bottle. When I returned I wanted to explained the situation to the person in charge. When the pharmacy worker told the pharmacist on duty, she mixed the medication, placed in the bag and threw the bag towards me on the counter completely dismissing the fact I wanted to speak to her. She proceeded to help another customer and I waited . As I tried to explain the situation, she was very rude and condescending. I asked for person and number in charge. She asked why and I explain she was rude not did I get an apology for the mistake she had made. We proceeded to exchange words and told me that I can go somewhere else. I explained that I can’t go to another pharmacy due to my insurance. She replied with, “go to another cvs.” She gave me a number and a name which was written on a piece of paper and said, “Good luck with that” In my experience pharmacist are suppose to check the medication before it’s handed out and offered a consultation. I received neither nor an apology for her mistake. I was told she was the manager at this location and surely I am not the only one she acted like this. If this is how you are gonna treat customers. I’d rather pay out of pocket than go to pharmacy with a Manager pharmacist who is unable to apologize for a mistake.

Pharmacy won't answer the phone, the drive thru is an hour wait. They put insurance information in the computer wrong and tell me I have to pay full price or go on inside and wait another hour. They have put in prescriptions wrong to where I had to go without medication for an entire month. I wouldn't recommend this CVS to my worst enemy
