Terrible, never go there. Their UPS shop open until 9pm, store open later. Around 8:30 no employees at registers, pharmacy closed, no employees walking in store. Myself and eventually 5 others could have walked out with anything for 10 minutes. Being honest, I waited at UPS counter, practically hidden under tons of store goods, when sales lady finally appeared, I informed her I was shipping a box with a QR code. So I showed her the QR code on my phone. Rather than scanning it, She replied “ you mean it’s not on the box?”, I informed her no it’s on my phone where it says “show this QR code at the counter when you drop off your package”. She then replied, we can’t send it unless it’s taped on the box. So I asked her can’t we print this and tape it on the box? She quizzically tilted her head and stated, “well, I guess we could”. Then she looked around like she didn’t know how to do it and then stated we’re supposed to have them on the box. So, I just left, came 1/2 mile home and printed out the sheet; of which a 2” x 2” square is a QR code and the rest is instructions about bringing it to the store and showing the code to the employee. It makes no sense. This store is often empty while a Walgreens directly across the street is very busy. It’s mostly because they are so crummy at CVS, it’s horrible. Recommendation: never go there again. Attached photo is what she wanted to print and tape on the box. Not the sharpest….

They are incredibly slow and rude at the counter, I was waiting for 35 minutes and other cars pulled out of line.

This is not a good pharmacy. I’ve come here many times. It’s always a wait inside or outside. The techs are unfriendly and occasionally abrasive. They forget to fill prescriptions sometimes for no reason. And even in the evening with no one there I had to wait 15 minutes for a simple prescription requiring no mixing and then was forced to listen to counseling on it (even though I’ve gotten it many times and NEVER received counseling from the pharmacist). Just not a good experience.

I went in for a Covid booster & flu shot. CVS has signs posted all over the store about their “free” vaccines but there is nothing free unless your insurance completely covers the cost up front. The signs are misleading at best. Pharmacy employee told me my insurance didn’t cover either vaccine. I tried to explain that my insurance did cover vaccines but that I would need to pay the in-network discounted price up front & would then file a claim with the insurance company for reimbursement of my out of pocket expense. Employee wanted to argue about the procedure my insurance requires then told me that I would need to pay $190 for Covid & $50 plus for flu without even checking to see if there was a discounted price. I finally told them just to give me my insurance cards back & I would go to a different pharmacy that had a better understanding of non-traditional insurance. I was then told that I was “banned” from the store I guess because I kept requesting an explanation for why she thought my vaccines weren’t covered when I knew for a fact that they were. No need to ban me as I don’t have prescriptions filled at CVS due to previous bad experiences ie correct RX label but with wrong pills in the bottle, shorted on 90 day prescriptions multiple times, etc. I only decided to have vaccines done there as it was conveniently located however I will self impose a ban in the future & only do business with the much better managed H-E-B and/or Walgreens pharmacies.I immediately went across the street to Walgreen’s & paid $37 in total for both vaccines because the extremely helpful employees there took the time to check for discounts which brought Covid down to $0 & flu down to $37. Probably explains why the CVS store was empty & Walgreens had multiple people shopping & waiting for vaccines. Go figure!

No customer service at all unless it's the Pharmacist. She was super friendly, nice and put me at ease. I may not go back here again bc of first person I encountered that brought me my medicines. Is it bc I'm a young woman? Would she treat my mom or old grandma like this? This doesn't settle well with me at all which is why I'm writing this. The lady that (I can't even say helped) serviced me today was so rude and honestly should not be working where she speaks with people. You guys can hire people that want to work and help people with their prescriptions. Ask them if they have any questions. Nope not her. She didn't ask if I had any questions for the pharmacist about my medications, she didn't thank me, she just shoved the prescriptions in the tray pushed it out to me and walked away! I sat there thinking she was coming back to ask me if I had any questions, if she was going to thank me...nope nothing. People like this don't deserve to get paid for helping people. I am so disappointed that I will find a pharmacy that cares for people going through health scares and need some compassion and ease when picking up prescribed medication. I also told her I didn't need any of the "skin" medication i was only there for the one needed for this procedure I told her about. She didn't say ok I can take care of that she rudely put the phone down took one off but still charged and gave me a related skin prescription that I told her I didn't need. She could have said ok so it will only b this medication and it would have saved me the $30 something dollars today but nope she gave me the total when she did come back and I told her to charge the card on file and that's when she shoved them to me and walked away. Who wants to come here?! So rude! Pharmacist is great though so it's sad.

I recently went to this CVS location to pick up my prescription and I had such a great experience. Thank you Dr. Ali for all your help! He went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend this location and amazing staff!

The service at the Stone Oak Pkwy pharmacy 78258 #8978 has gotten progressively worse over this past year. Today was my worst experience. There is an employee named Ali, immature, unprofessional and untrained. Spoke with the pharmacy mgr who made excuses instead of listening and being present during our conversation. It’s obvious CVS has lost its patient centric focus.

If I could could give negative stars I would. Some employees including managers don't know how to work the register. Seriously! Try. It to check out with the "manager" Lisa. She's the rudest person I've known at this store. If you tell her one of your online coupons didn't come off she will throw a fit and act so so rude. She's even issued out extra care bucks that didn't attach to my account and that was a loss of $10 because she doesn't know how to run the register. Then I call and nothing is done about it. The worst store ever but unfortunately it is the closest one to my job. I'll be certain to drive where I need to shop. Unless Lisa is not there I'll be glad to shop.
