I went into pharmacy after a trip to ER and needed to pick up my prescriptions. Rhett came up and noticed a discrepancy in my cost and name in the system, and he took the time to verify everything on file was correct. Because of his attention to detail, patience with me, and just overall compassion— I left having saved over $30. Customer service roles are incredibly difficult, especially in Pharmacy. Rhett is the reason my family and I will continue with CVS pharmacy.

The associates on shift were welcoming and friendly. They were quick to help access the hair products that were locked in and offered me additional assistance during the check out process. The associate was also very patient and polite with me!

Super sketchy! I got a text saying my prescription was ready. I called to confirm because I was on a tight schedule. Sure enough I was told my prescription was ready. They tried to charge me a made up price for my meds something that didn't match the previous price at all. And then when I asked to confirm they took 30 minutes and then tried to up the price by $100! Which made absolutely no sense because I was looking at the price online and it didn't add up at all. And then after waiting another 30 minutes they said they didn't have my prescription filled!?!! Not sure what is going on but I have lost all trust in them

The automated system is absolutely useless. I’m over here chasing my own tail trying to speak to a human to get verify prescription status. I’m going back to Walgreens

This Pharmacy is the worst. They make you wait forever, never have the medication on hand, when ordered they say you will receive a message when it’s in and never do. They don’t notify you of any delays in the medication you are waiting on and when you call everyday to confirm they are unprofessional and treat you horribly.
