I’m changing my pharmacy because of Terrible

The staff is genuinely so rude and mean. Not only to me but to their staff, seemed like someone was training and they were incredibly short with him. To me they told me very bluntly that i needed a prior authorization for a medication; which is super funny because that medication refill expires in a year. They said they've tried to contact my doctor for weeks (lie) and they haven't heard back. I call my doctor and wouldn't you know it, they haven't gotten any requests for prior auth. I'm almost positive they're looking at an old account because it had a completely different address to my current one. Do not ever get your medications here unless you're willing to fight staff for over 20 minutes.

The customer service in the pharmacy is ATROCIOUS! They belittle customers and are condescending, it is so infuriating. I’ve NEVER been so pissed off at a pharmacy in my life. All 3 pharmacy techs and the lead pharmacist need to be retrained and continuous education in customer service.
I like the staff in the store in general, but the pharmacy really brings everything else down.

I don’t understand why it’s someone all up on you at the self check out. It does not take all of that in order to make sure someone is not stealing if the store management is that concern for its employees to be watch police maybe try and be less obvious about it because there is no reason for someone to be looking over another person shoulders just to make sure you scanned ur item

Rude workers at the pharmacy. Terrible customer service.
I felt as though I was being constantly observed making it look like they were assuming I was trying to steal.
Where do they find these workers?

This is the worst CVS in San Antonio. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, very hard to understand. I highly recommend going to a different CVS or maybe even a Walgreens close by, because I myself will never go back to this location again.

My dr sends two months of my prescription at a time.The pharmacist refilled the wrong month and said the other one expired, which means I have to pay my Dr another $120 to get him to fix the pharmacist issue. When trying to explain it to them on the phone, I was put on hold in the middle of my sentence. Then transferred to a supervisor who wasn’t able to help. Changing pharmacy because the lack of competence here.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever.. takes forever to get prescriptions filled.. over 24 hours to get my meds needed for after my surgery.. even though I was given multiple different timelines.. unacceptable

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMCY. They have never picked up the phone over a week of calling. The pharmacist is extremely rude and should not be in any position that deals with people! The absolutely do not care about you or whatever you want!
