Lisa C is the definition of not giving a **** about her job. Just because your day is bad doesn't mean to push it on others. My bad for asking a question about where an item was HOW DARE I ! IF She is the manager who is hiring these people ? Is it about the pay check ? Walgreens from now on ! Goodbye cvs!

This store was pleasant to visit . I was greeted by an employee, didn’t get her name , she was so kind and then I met Lisa at the register. Lisa was a ball of joy ! Clean store and wonderful customer service . Thank you

Lisa C is amazing. I left a paid gift card at the register. I returned back and she set aside the card. Thank you. It was a bday gift for my daughter. Good to know there are people who do the right thing.

HealthHub: I got less than 30 minutes cancellation notice from whoever works there. I had to take sick time off of work and that type of notice is for a customer is incorrigible. It is not my problem if you overbook customer, moreover fix your online app to only take 1 appoint for 1 time slot.
Sometimes it is hard to find someone who is working there now that they have gotten the self-check out machines.

I will go down the street to Walgreens now because the customer service is horrible here. It is very apparent that Lisa hates to tend to customers! And I believe her name tag stated manager or assistant manager. I lost my CVS rewards due to the self check out freezing up and Lisa not wanting to help me. Once she raised her voice at me I walked out. I will be contacting someone in corporate to file a complaint. I live next door so I am a regular customer and have never experienced this kind of treatment.

All the employees are great expect Lisa!!! She is very rude to me every time i come in and gets irritated checking me out so I can use my rewards. She even threw the bag at me at checkout that it almost fell on the ground from across the counter. This is my neighborhood cvs and it’s sucks she does this to me every time with her. She goes out her way to make me uncomfortable and it’s very under appreciated and wish management could have someone else help me.

If I could give a zero star, I totally would!!!Lisa the “manager” goes out of her way to make it difficult to use my rewards. Not sure if it’s a race or prejudice issue with her. DO NOT use this CVS. I see so many bad reviews with this lady’s name and nothing gets done. Do better CVS!!!

Be aware and be safe as CVS store on E. Sonterra has a young female blonde cashier employee whom gets highly agitated and charged totaling missing the point of being helpful to customers wanting to use CVS pass card discounts and item sale promotion as Buy 1 get 2nd 50% off/instead employee insulted me with hideous remark towards me store manager was way too passive and in shock himself with her disorderly rude employee explosive reaction. The cost of items were 11.00 and change that she rung up …she did not apply my cvs pass discount and lost it completely when I asked for someone else to help me. The store manager applied it and my total was $1.00 and change. Just be safe as I will not return to this store. This young employee is in the wrong field retail job where instead of being nice to customers-she verbally is toxic/got aggressive and DEFINATELY has bully traits. I know this as I work in mental health field & I notified my complaint and has been escalated to district leader to get call back. I just wanted to make my purchase save money and go home; I’m hoping she will get help as she seems to have anger management issues and or very little patience. What is this world coming down to… younger people in the workplace acting like complete fools! SMH Disappointing. ?☹️?I’m just glad my husband and I kept our cool and did not react to her verbal insults.
