This location has the RUDEST pharmacy staff. I get the same prescription filled here every month, and the only reason I'm still going to this location is because supply issues can make the medication difficult to find. Every time I come here, the pharmacists and techs tell me to do something different as far as payment/insurance. Just show up? Next time, call ahead with your insurance information so that we can process it before you get here. Call ahead? We already have it on file, don't call next time. Show up to pick it up the next time? You should have called us and told us to apply the GoodRx coupon instead of your insurance. Every single time, it's accompanied by an annoyed sigh and a snarky tone.
On the bright side, the store employees have always been friendly and helpful, and they seem to always be pretty clean and well-stocked. For that they get 2 stars instead of 1, but if you need a prescription filled, I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Online it says passport pictures are done here.Inside the store next to the registers there’s a poster that says, “passport photos. Ready in minutes”The employee AND manager say they don’t do passport photos there You walk in the store and it’s so dead. Only one slow employee and one absent manager in the office.Only one self check out register, all other registers closed.

I moved to the neighborhood across the street, and needed a new pharmacy. Tried using this CVS. Terrible experience with pharmacy meeting needs to get prescriptions filled. They don’t take my United Healthcare Insurance either. I had to come 4 times to get a single prescription filled. A comedy of errors. Do not recommend. I’m moving my prescriptions to HEB.

Arrived just before 8pm to pick up my script which CVS had been sending repeatedly to pick up let a pregnant lady enter ahead of me at the door walk the aisle to the pharmacy and the pregnant lady was being helped by the male attendant who turned to me and said we're closed we won't be able to help you tonightCustomer service is not a specialty of this manIn a time of pandemics RSV and flu I would hope pharmacists would not be required to turn away consumers coming to pick up an already packaged medicine at 7:58 when 8:00 is closing timeI get there is side work to do to close for the night but keying in a purchase takes 30 seconds You can afford four girls to hang out at the front registers but not one could help in the backManagement must be poor to allow thisI would move to another pharmacy but my cheap ass insurance requires me to use your inferior untrained over worked pharmacists to try and stay aliveI hope you need something from me at 8:00 and I tell you I'm closed I can't help you at 7:58

This CVS location is a great store. The staff is friendly and helpful, the Pharmacy has a drive thru for drive up customers. As of 8:38am, Wednesday January 5, they have 1 Pixel Covid 19 mail in test on the shelf in the picture.
