This was by far the absolute most weird shopping experience in my life (all 42 years). Ever. It was like a scene out of a scary movie. They close at 11pm. I pulled up at 10:30pm and didn't know if they were open. No cars in parking lot and on 1 or 2 lights on. I park, walk in and as the automatic doors open up I quickly realized I was the only person in the entire store as I usually immediately say hey ? to the employee at the register. Well... there none. The whole time I'm walking around looking for my item I did not see 1 customer or 1 employee the entire time (5-7 minutes). Time to check out... Hello is anyone here? Thank God they have an automatic self scan for customers. Very weird. Could of walked out with anything I wanted... But I didn't LoL

I seriously cannot believe how uncaring and rude the Assistant Manager and Manager were to my problem! I bought a Box Wine from the Discount basket, which was labeled “Discontinued Wine”. I am assuming the wine is good, as CVS wouldn’t sell expired wine, right?! Wrong!!! I got to the parking lot and noticed some browning around the bottom of the box, so I opened it to check the wine itself; it was BROWN and fermented and had an awful smell! I immediately brought it right back in with my receipt. While I understand that there is no refund on alcohol; they were in the wrong for putting an expired and disgusting product out for sale! I KNOW they can return it and get THEIR money back but I was not offered a gift card, Store credit or ANYTHING! They were so rude about the whole thing! Horrible customer service! Manager, Dee, did not get the name of the young assistant manager who was equally rude and uncaring to my situation! I was stuck! So I left my fermented box of wine with them and told them to pour a glass on ME!!!! I will never shop there again. I have pics as well! No wander this store has the lowest rating of any CVS store in my area. Ya’ll could have come up with something to help remedy the situation! I hope you get nabbed by FDA for putting expired items out in a basket for half price! No one wants half price fermented wine!

Do not get your prescription for this pharmacy, they send you the notification it is ready and when you go they do not have it. I'm missing my medicines this morning because they won't get your medication on time! Unacceptable

CVS pharmacy is a great place to shop especially using the rewards. It gives me the opportunity to try new make up products for discounted price. This is a very first time that I’ve ever found a foundation that is a exact match to my skin tone. Thanks, CVS.

i'm currently sick and i sent my mom out to get me one of the trending puffer jacket snoopys. the lady at our local cvs called this location to put one on hold for us since my mom had a meeting at 1pm. my mom goes back at 3pm to see an empty shelf and the lady NEVER pulled ours because she "didn't think they'd sell that fast". if you get a call to hold something PUT IT ON HOLD. my mom drove 10 miles to pick this up and the inconsiderate employee ignored the hold request

No one at the register to help. A lady working here short wavy brown hair wrinkled cvs shirt walked past me three times and didn’t even acknowledge me while standing at the register. Poor customer service.

Signs explained the ExtraCare Card very thoroughly without me inquiring so that I could save money and helped me get all my information updated! Super sweet lady! Made my visit very pleasant! She’s definitely a keeper!!

This has been the worse pharmacy I've had to deal with. They have no customer service. I spoke with Depa on transferring a prescription to another location, she kept huffing & puffing like I was bothering her, then loudly says OH MY GOD WHAT PHARMACY DO YOU WANT IT SENT TO MA'AM....after I asked if I was bothering her. I'm getting a medication because I'm sick, is it really necessary to treat people like they are a bother?? I asked to speak to a manager, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he didn't care about my complaint at all. He was just as rude. And looking at the reviews this seems to be a common complaint about this location.

Sub par service. Called about my prescription originally after they sent it to confirm it was sent, the automated system confirmed they had received it. A week later I called and the customer representative said they had never received my prescription so after getting my dr to resend the prescription i then confirmed with them that they had two of my prescription. The tone of the original service rep who originally said they didn't have the script was condescending even after I confirmed the automated system had confirmed the script. I would recommend using a different cvs even if it's a little farther from where you live to save you more total time than having to run around calling your dr then the cvs only to use a different cvs at the end to receive the final medication. This is the first negative review I have ever done in my life, and I feel it's well deserved

Have never had a problem w front of store. Digna is very sweet & helpful! Today though, in the pharmacy, it seemed a little disorganized, I arrived at 322pm for my 330pm appt for flu vax and there were 3 ppl in front of me to get vaccines. Had to leave at 355pm to pick up my kids from school. I made my appt w plenty of time to spare. They need a better system. It doesn't take 15min per person to administer a shot. The person in front of me was also a 330 appt. I don't even know why they are double booking! That is certainly frustrating. I got tired of waiting w no apology given. I will have to go elsewhere for my vaccines from now on.
