At this particular location the staff frequently has attitude when you point out their basic incompetence and failure to listen/comprehend. Have been told multiple inappropriate comments how "just trying to help you" and chastised as if I am a child when their behavior is childish. They have had failure to fill the correct items, to NOT put on auto refill or bill the appropriate place when I've called and specifically stated the product, quantity and which to bill (goodrx, mfgr coupon or 3rd party insurance). They never say their name when answering phone and no name tags ever at drive thru for either tech or RPH. Have to "come back" waiting for them to correct what they did wrong the first time when they never listen. So I check online first before wasting my time going to pickup to see yet again converted to generic and charging me more instead of refilling RX submitted online the same as last time filled. The last straw is RPH "MI" hung up on me including after she violated HIPAA twice before confirming who was on phone. Per TX Board of Pharmacy license verification, there is nobody named "MI" registered to that store, so I am sure another lie or possibly nickname from a 1.5 yr RPH graduate. Avoid this location because majority of staff I have encountered act as if they are doing you a favor and are on a power trip. I transferred to another competitor and called complaint to corporate.

I moved to the area a few months ago and service has always been pretty bad and slow. Prices are not honored when they’ve been mislabeled or outdated, which is frustrating. For the pharmacy, I can’t get ahold of someone on the phone to see if it’s ready or not. When I go, I’m told they’re moving to a voicemail only phone service. It doesn’t make sense why they’d do that. I also had to wait 20 minutes after being helped for my prescription. It just didn’t make any sense because it wasn’t busy. Sadly, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Pharmacy has terrible service, socialize on the job while customers are clearly waiting. Repeatedly telling me they didnt get script when dr office assured me 3 times they had it and even called them. But they needed to go to lunch instead of helping a child get meds. They are not serious here. Found out the management in Pharmacy changed that makes total sense. It was fun while it lasted heading to my HEB ✌️

I am a former employee when Holly Bourbo was store manager. During my tenure, company policy was always “honor the price, even if a tag is outdated”. Sometimes manufacturers raise prices and tags aren’t updated, sometimes sales end etc. Either way, it is the employee’s responsibility to update said pricing information and remove old/expired tags so the customer can budget accordingly. That being said, I was denied a .30 price modification due to an expired tag that had not been removed. When I questioned the employee about the price, she went and reviewed the shelf, removed the tag and simply informed me that this price must have expired. Not only did she refuse me the chance to view the tag, but made a big deal about how price modifications were against company policy. Ultimately, I simply took my business elsewhere. Customer service here has gone down so much since I was an employee, have never had this issue at Walgreens

I’ve been to many different CVS locations all across the country. This is by far one of the best. Both the pharmacy staff and the store staff have always been courteous, professional and just plain nice.Reading some of the negative reviews I would say some people don’t understand that the pharmacy is not always in control of the availability of drugs.

I got off urgent care and came to get my medicine cause the CVS text said my medicine was ready. When I got there Meagan told me they were about to close in 10 minutes and only one medicine was ready. I ask if she could at least fill the ones for pain up and she said that it would take the same time to fill up one than 5 that she couldn't do it. Even if is 10 minutes till closing you should be able to get your medicine if within the hours of operations. So with all the pain I have after my sciatic nerve is pinch and I can't barely drive she made me go to another CVS that is 24 hours open and after I get there Meagan told me to give the other pharmacy 30 minutes to fill them up that all she could do was transfer my medicine over there. I really pray that this girl never experienced this pain and not be able to get her medicine. This is just wrong no matter how you see it. She just wanted to get off early and I understand but you don't play with people's health like that. I am so disappointed after all the effort I did with the pain to drive over there to get my medicine. No customer service or compassion at all.
