We go to this pharmacy all the time and swing by to pick up random grocery items and medicine regularly. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and they always have what we need in stock.

Probably the most useless company ever. Phone line to talk to someone is literally non existent. Will not let you talk to someone in store. Please shut your spree down you good for nothing wastes.

I love this CVS location, I used to go to the one off of 1604 by UTSA. Even though they are both CVS stores, there is no comparison, apples and oranges here. My prescriptions get immediately filled. There is no waiting in line. Quick, easy, simplicity at its finest! Extremely satisfied doing business at this CVS location!?

Highly recommend you pick another pharmacy. And check your bag to make sure you have all the correct prescriptions before you leave. The pharmacist himself seemed helpful and knowledgeable once he finally got involved, but the pharm tech who filled my prescriptions was HORRIBLE. I was picking up 4 prescriptions for an upcoming surgery. She charged me for 4 and only gave me 2. I had left before I realized so returned within 5 minutes and went through the drive through. She was absolutely beyond rude and condescending saying over and over she gave me my meds. I asked her to check the counter behind her because she did not. She then said come inside and we’ll pull up the camera footage to prove it, I said get it ready because I’m coming in. The pharmacist then met me at the counter where he found 2 prescriptions she had forgotten to put in the bag. She had also told me how to mix one of them incorrectly, AND never told me one of them had to be refrigerated. She’s inept at her job and extremely rude. Our insurance made us switch here but I’ll be going back to HEB, their entire staff is very kind and helpful, unlike here.

Had a great experience with Nurse Practitioner Marykutty Prasad. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I did not have to wait for my appointment at all, was seen right on time. Highly recommend.

Closes before posted hours, literally never answers the phone.
My Dr. called in a prescription, she had forgotten but it was important, so it was like 2 hours before (7pm) closing time (9pm) at the pharmacy. I kept calling but could only get repeating messages about downloading the app then voicemail. As closing time approached I thought I should try the main CVS number since I simply could not get through, so they transferred me to the pharmacist who hung up on me before I could say anything. I called the main CVS number again asking what happened and they said "they closed early, sorry".

I had an appointment at the MinuteClinic at 920. No one said hello. I asked the cashier, and they said it didn’t open until 10. Very unprofessional.

Was told my genetic medication had been “discontinued” and all they had to offer was the name brand not covered by my insurance. Called HEB immediately upon leaving CVS and they were able to fill my prescription. Choose elsewhere to get your medications.

Closed during business hours, tried asking the employees however I gave up after trying to get one’s attention. Went at opening hours.

I have been using this pharmacy for my mothers medication for the past year. The pharmacy staff were nice and easy to communicate with. Over the past 3 months, that has drastically changed. The pharmacy staff is inconsiderate and no communication skills at all! When I speak to anyone at the pharmacy, they act like I am inconveniencing them by calling. I am always on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes and lately it has been 10 minutes on hold. I don't know what happened to the staff that cared about doing their job but the new pharmacy staff is not good.In addition to the staff being bad, you can no longer be able to us GoodRX for prescribed over the counter medications and need additional information for medication orders that were never needed a month ago. This is what I have been dealing with over the course of the past two weeks. Please get better staff who care about their patrons. It is not like we choose to need medication. It is medically needed so show some grace, Please.

If I could give this location zero stars I would! For a “drug” store the manager has zero empathy.

I wanted to share my experience with a recent visit. Our son required a strep test, and we were initially informed that the cost for testing and prescription would be $139. The staff recommended making an appointment to expedite the process instead of opting for a walk-in visit. However, upon returning for our scheduled appointment, we were surprised to learn that the price had increased to $350, excluding medication. In comparison, the urgent care center in the rim charges $225 for a comprehensive visit. I believe it's important to provide feedback on our experiences to help improve the services offered.
