Went yesterday to pick up a prescription that was already ready. I was at the counter at 5pm sharp And the pharmacist spoke over the lady at the register to tell me they were already closed. I ask him what time they closed and he said 5pm. I looked at my phone and told him it was 5 sharp and he reiterated they were closed and they close at 5. The lady at the register looked like she was willing to help me out as I walked up, but as I said he spoke over her.

This health hub appointment schedule is not on schedule. Still waiting to get seen. So many ahead of me. Ridiculous! Why schedule an appointment if you’re not getting seen on time!! Horrible customer service!

Just received Paxlovid for COVID treatment as an asthmatic and the box expired in October.I picked one up for my partner last week that was not expired.This medication is only allowed to be prescribed in the event you are a high risk for complications with COVID.

Going to the drug store can be a drag. Period! The majority of the reason go there is because that person is sick or child is sick and has to get something (thats aside from gettng munchies, alcohol, or cosmetics). Ok well, the point being that Looking around for specific items at a CVS based on what the doctor asked me to get is not one of the dandiest things to do list. Plus not feeling great to say the least. Well, was I suprised. As soon as I walk in, an older gentleman asked me if I need help with anything to let him know. And I sure did let him know. He knew where to go right away for the two items I needed. Thank you Thank you for the assistance.I an sorry I did not get his name. He was so kind that he even mentioned there is a coupon kiosk type machine that checks out specials or promotions for items that I might not know are on sale. Plus I got signed up for their rewards program. So glad I went to this store. It is what customer service should be like(in general).

Went to get flu shot and they couldn't print record of flu shot. She also said the flu shot couldn't be done unless I paid first. I guess she thought we would run or walk without paying. In other words she COULDN'T DO anything. Why do they hire people that don't know their job descriptions. I'd like that job. Very unprofessional and disrespectful

Antonio in the pharmacy went above and beyond today with helping me with my diabetes medication. He spent the time to show me how help download a coupon to bring the cost from close to $200 to less than $40. I’m very grateful for his help. Thanks so much

The CVS Pharmacy is offering the covid vaccine and is accepting appointments. The problem is that they are not prepared to adequately support the service. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment and I finally gave up and walked away. It's my personal opinion that they should not offer the service if they are not prepared to offer it in a streamlined and efficient manner.

The staff here greeted me when I came inside and was very helpful in answering any question I had. Best experience I’ve had at any CVS I’ve been too. Shoutout to Dennie, man was very polite and seemed like he genuinely cared about any concern I had. Definitely coming back here in the future

So I have bcbs, my son is on my Insurance as well as community first. They didn't want to run his scripts thru his secondary Insurance just to make us pay for meds that he needs cause he's special needs. They were telling us that community first didn't want to pick it up. So we called community first to ask them why and they said they never got any inquiries for those specific scripts. We even talked with the pharmacist and they told us the same thing. Come on cvs do better. I will now be switching to HEB pharmacy.
