CVS is a wonderful place to shop for convenience. They have so much in stock to get any last minute essentials. On my commute I found this location and was excited to get my shopping done before heading home. I was helped by the Shift Leader Josie which was so kind and courteous. I am grateful for places that have customer service where people care about people. I was happy with the provisions I acquired at CVS. If I stop by the Medical Center area again, I will be sure to visit this location.

I wish my review was different because this is my local CVS and LOVE THE STAFF! But I had to leave a review about the head pharmacist Esther. My mother just got diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago so she needs special medication that needed to be delivered to this CVS, Esther calls my mom back and while my mom is talking she doesn’t even advise her she’s placing her on hold…she just does. Comes back and my mom tried to talk but again Esther is going on and on doesn’t let my mom get a word in, my mom finally is able to ask her name and advises her that she is rude to which Esther replies with a giggle and a “Thankyou” EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The last thing I want in my moms situation is for her to stress or get upset so I take phone and tell her “I am her daughter I will be taking over call” in hopes to de-escalate the situation and she just hangs up on me. I decided to go get my mother’s cancer medication and try and have an adult conversation since over the phone she couldn’t. Since she is the supervisor I assumed she would be receptive and we would be able to communicate but Esther decided to tell her employee she was not coming to window then decided to stand behind her employee to see what I would say. I look and her and respectfully start my conversation about how unprofessional she was and immediately she starts talking over me (just like she did with my mom on the phone) I asked her if I could finish talking, Ofcourse she kept talking over me so I allowed her. FINALLY she finished and I asked her if I could speak now to which she starts going on and on again. I tell her this is exactly why my mom said she was rude, she just talks over people and she waves her hand as if she is dismissing me and tells me I can speak to the store manager. I felt horrible because here I am taking up this store managers time when she doesn’t have anything to do with it, nor can she do anything about this situation. I quickly explained the situation and apologized for taking up her time. The store manager kept apologizing and I could tell she was embarrassed by how Esther handled the situation. A person with that title should absolutely have people skills especially when constantly dealing with people who have illness, are elderly, and people who are sick. It’s disgusting that she talked to my mom and me the way she did considering we were respectful and tried to have a grown adult conversation with her. Esther is extremely inconsiderate as she also mentioned “I don’t need to know about your mothers illness” i mentioned it because why would you wanna add stress to people who are dealing with such a horrible situation. Esther please consider another field of career because for you to be the head pharmacist, be in charge of staff, and deal with the sick, you need to be considerate and professional and I unfortunately did not get that from you.

Don't bother calling to check on your prescriptions, they never answer their phone and now they have a "confidential voicemail" for the pharmacy. I am not going to leave confidential information on a voicemail.

I love this CVS! Been shopping there for years. Today's experience was extra nice! I loved meeting Christine who checked me out. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel important. Thank YOU!

Only CVS I have had issues with doing green dot. Doesn't seem to know what they are doing, not helpful in any way or willing to listen how it was done before.

Went to the CVS for a few items and was approached by a man in the parking lot who asked me for money. When I told him no he began to yell and curse at me calling me a "mean B@&$!". I told the manager who called the police but of course he ran away. Be careful in the parking lot at this location.

Something needs to be done about the dozens of homeless people hanging around at this location. I'm terrified to pick up my medicine from this store. Considering changing locations that's inconvenient for me just so I can feel safer. Please do something.

Wow guys really? I was here for a simple flu shot, I was provided with another patient's info and told to fill out a form. Waited in the filthy waiting area, dirty needles falling out of the biohazrd container, dirty cotton balls and used ban aids on floor. And they just opened an hour ago. I was kept waiting for so long and it was uncomfortable, I just wanted to walk out of this place. Please do not keep me waiting next time CVS, today you were straight up rude and nasty dirty. I hope I don't get sick from coming here.

I won't ever step in another cvs ever in my life again. Used the atm machine and it didn't give me a chance to take my money out. Swallowed 40$$. I talk to the manager and she said call the number on the atm machine has nothing to do was the cvs BUT YET IN A CVS STORE ? no one seemed to care about my money? They need to have better and more customer convenient ways so the customers doesn't have to have a hassle for their own money !!!
