Super unprofessional pharmacy staff. I went to pick up a prescription and gave the girl my information and she just walked away for awhile talking and standing at a computer. Came back with someone else who told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait so I told them I would leave and come back. Get a text less than 30 minutes later that it was ready. I had already waited in my car for 30 mins bc they were closed for lunch when I arrived so I wouldn’t have minded to wait another 20-30 minutes in order to avoid having to make the extra trip.
Additionally, my boyfriend returned a few days later to pick up a prescription of his own. It was an anti fungal cream and the SAME girl was at the counter (medium height, medium brown skin, and dark brown hair). When he gave his info and she pulled up the prescription she proceeded to laugh and walk away and then returned still laughing and trying to hold it in while she gave him the prescription. SUPER unprofessional and will not be returning here again for my pharmacy needs.

I went there to get some photos taken and Pricilla who is lady working stated that can’t do it cos she’s by herself! It wasn’t busy at all!

I love this CVS! The techs are all so nice and very efficient!! Fred, the Pharmacist is nice as well and makes sure his techs know how good they are! I highly recommend this pharmacy!!❤️

Had to call corporate due to discrimination and other antics from a customer while trying to address and correct an issue with a prescription. The head pharmacist was rude as was tech Tina. Corporate was able to solve the issue they said they couldn't. They launched by regional investigation on this store. Don't go b there. Also the day in they take good Rx but refuse to honor it.

I gave them a star, and they don't deserve that star. I have had nothing but issues with this CVS. I have a script my doctor sent to them on 2/12/2024. My insurance confirmed my prescription went to this pharmacy and confirmed this CVS billed them for it. They insurance paid for it, but CVS told me I wasn't eligible for a refill until 5/2024. Mind you, I haven't received the script from 2/12/2024. My insurance has paid for it, and my insurance has been on the phone telling them they need to correct the problem they caused. This has caused me anxiety, and I truly don't recommend this store. THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE CALLS!! I speak out of experience. This pharmacy is one issue after another. I'm transferring all my scripts to HEB Pharmacy.

Horrible service. Called to refill my prescription, pharmacist manager-Fred was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. When I asked to speak to the store manager he told me to hang up and call again. When I asked him to transfer me, he hung up on me a 3rd time.

This should be a zero star review on hold for half an hour and when I got through that were rude. Then I asked to speak with a manager and put me on hold another half hour then I hung up and called back and were closed. Never got my prescription filled or any questions answered. Horrible srvice

Tech couldn't help me,referred me to my CVS. In turn ,am told to have them call for RX transfer. Call cst care,told prescriptions been transferred to go pick up. Mind you. No vehicle, I walk in heat. To be told No refills and nothing transferred. Plus same person on phone on 2nd call ,when I asked for RPH.Told me he wasn't available. I call again same girl answers, I ask again for RPH, she lies n tells me she's the RPH and that she was same one I spoke too previously. End of story: I got no prescriptions after calling everyone I could in CVS from 10:33 am until after 4pm! Now going to transfer all my information to Walgreens!

Worse customer service ever. I went to the drive thru for my prescription, gave all the information needed. Was told it would be about an hour, came back, pharmacy was closed and I go inside to find out they don’t open until 2pm. I’m a new patient and the tech o spoke with couldn’t have told me they closed until 2pm for lunch? I’m already sick, just left the er and ppl are expecting me to read their signs for hours of operation. Went back to get my prescription and some rude tech was at the window, she was short and small, kept asking me for my information through the intercom instead of asking for my id like a competent person would have done. She had an attitude and kept saying we have to verify with your doctor, ok you had an hour and it is at least 4 techs, so not sure why you did not have this done, also how about providing customer service and saying this when I was dropping off the prescription to let me know your process and how long to really expect.? The Pharmacist Alfredo De Leon, was the manager there so I think it is his responsibility to better train his technicians how to deliver accurate and honest customer service. Never go to this place, it’s a waste of time and the store staff are no better, they hold there heads down or look away if they think you will need to ask them something. Not sure why this location is still open, they clearly do not want to work there
