The workers were great. The store needs to stop being greedy and hire more workers. I waited literally 53 minutes in the drive thru.

Very weird and dishonest behavior - I called to get an rx filled and was told it would be ready by 6pm. Arrived and was told my insurance isn't covering the rx (which they do) and that they can't fill it. I called my insurance and my insurance stated that the pharmacy never ran my rx through - even if they did and it got rejected, my insurance would see. My insurance then called them on my behalf and told them it was because they didn't have the rx in stock. Why lie? Just tell me you don't have it instead of saying my insurance isn't letting you fill it. Very unsettling and dishonest.

Pharmacist Ha does not deserve to be employed at any establishment where he deals with customers face-to-face. By previous reviews, he’s known for terrible service and bad attitude. Clearly, he's only there for a paycheck. I had a prescription that was sent to the medical center CVS for convenience. BY FAR WORST DECISION EVER! I ended up having the prescription sent to another CVS location and the awesome pharmacist had it filled within 10 minutes!!!

I've been on the phone waiting for 22 minutes for someone in the pharmacy to help. I called on another phone and spoke to the manager who just put me on hold and didn't give me any resolution. I called again and now they're not answering any phones.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your pharmacy. While I appreciate the service provided, there were a few aspects that left me feeling less satisfied.
Initially, I was informed that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I returned, I was surprised to find that it took longer than expected, especially considering there were only two medications. This delay was a bit concerning and left me wondering why it took that long.
Furthermore, I noticed that my insurance was not charged for the medications. Upon further reflection, I realized that purchasing the prescription without insurance might have been a more cost-effective option. This oversight was unexpected and added to the overall inconvenience of the experience.
Lastly, I found the technician assisting me to be somewhat inattentive. Throughout the process, he seemed preoccupied with conversations with another technician, which made me feel less prioritized as a customer.
I believe these points are important to mention as they impact the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in service quality.

The Asian Pharmacist claimed he wouldn’t fill my medication, when I called on the phone. He stated “I know who you are, you’re the guy that called me a racial slur about a year ago.” The most unprofessional approach I’ve ever exampled in my life. Someone definitely needs to review the phone calls with this business. Had to make a police report to get the pharmacist to fill my medication. I’d be embarrassed to be apart of this establishment.

Our prescription was sent in from Methodist hospital and was ready in about twenty minutes. Very efficient and impressive.
