Came in for a quick purchase for vitamins feeling sick and very under the weather. Self checkout froze during the middle of my purchase. JR, the CVS associate helped me complete my purchase at the counter. I think he could tell I wasn't feeling so great but he was genuinely happy to help and very friendly. Can't find that often these days!

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my Diclofenac 75mg since my PCP prescribed me the medication because I am on a hard pain and inflammation, however when I went at 6:30 pm by drive thru, the technician Corbin told me that they had the RX on hold (RX was received on 5/5/23), because "it was too son to fill that day". Since I told the tech that I never had the med before, he ran the RX at that moment (5:50pm) and it went thru. But he told me that they could have it ready tomorrow. I told him that I was on pain and I need my med today. He didn't care. He was very arrogant and just responded that they were about to close. He just placed my RX on hold without letting me transfer the RX to another CVS. I worked in Walmart Pharmacy before and I know that it IS possible to have a prescription of FIVE TABLETS ready in less that 1 minute. So I had to leave without my med and on real pain. Also my car was hit on the CVS drive thru by the woman in front of me, while I waited 20 min to be attended. I already filed a complaint with the corporation. Tech: Corbin. RPh: Sanh. 5/8/2023

I have to give a big THANK YOU to RICO. He is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond to ensure that my mom got her much needed prescriptions. The pharmacy had just closed and Rico walked back to the pharmacy to have a pharmacy employee send my mothers medication to a 24 hour pharmacy so I could pick it up for my mom. Thank you so much!!!

Rochelle @ her discretion, decided that I should not acquire items that a person is lawfully allowed to purchase but was denied because of her opinion or whatever it may be, and in doing soIs helping spread infections diseases injuries to the public it is at her discretion. Her discretion based off of her opinion of me while I sat in my car and asked her cordially for products that CVS offers, products that I have purchased at a CVS before. I'm sorry Rochelle that you're having a rough day understand that you have hurt the community with your opinion and choice not to sell me prescription items that my family requires that don't require a prescription hope you have a great day.

Unfortunately there is no way to give negative stars for the staff and service! We went to get a passport photo taken for our kiddo and Rico was extremely rude. He refused to even move from his seat with a lame excuse ‘Does he even follow instructions!?’ Very sad!

Rico, one of the employees here was totally unprofessional and needs lot of training. He was extremely rude and didn’t even bother to help with a passport photo for my kid. Pathetic!

I have been having some tech issues over my prescriptions and I was very, very worried about getting the medications I needed in a timely manner. I tried doing what I could on the cvs app and online but all automated messages and the app would tell me my most important one would be ready in a few days, which would defeat the purpose on having them sent there (to try and have them ready ASAP by my Dr.). I felt awful about having to call them multiple times over the status of them throughout the day …with the same outcome of potentially taking longer than expected. The very next morning I called because my order was still processing (on the app/online ?)and I knew the longer I waited the more concerned I would be about my health. I wanted to tell Herlinda thank you for being an angel at such early times of the day and informing me that I could pick up only a couple hours after my call. I have been going through a very rough patch lately, having to start new meds, and I can be at peace because of her aid. I know none of the employees are at fault for tech issues and they were very patient with me. Thank you for being part of a team I can trust and depend on when I need to!

My experience with the pharmacy this morning really wasn’t that great. I’m not an actual customer for this location but I had to contact them for a patient because mom was confused about her sons medication. Linda, although she gave me the answers to my questions, she lacks in customer service and empathy. I get you’re busy but when parents have a language barrier it’s makes it that much harder. So if she could treat me like that, I could only imagine how they’re treating people from other cultures or maybe just in general. She didn’t change her tone until I asked for her name. The phone encounter was maybe 3-4 minutes and that’s the impression she left me with. Do better.

Incompetent pharmacy staff! Went through drive-thru with hubby directly after surgery, closed for lunch. I went back at 2:20, got home with Rx for anti-inflammatory, was not told there were other prescriptions pending. Called multiple times with no answer to check if there was a pain med for him. I checked his phone to see if CVS had sent a message about other Rx and there were no messages. A couple days later he saw a message from 12/25, that his Rx was ready. He was 4 days without pain med prescribed after shoulder surgery. When I went to pick up, there was not really an apology, just a lame, "I'm sorry."
