Why, oh why, is there no way to call a pharmacist and speak to one directly? Or to a pharmacy tech? I recently switched from one of the closed Walgreens, where for over 30 years I could get someone on the phone, even if I had to wait.

Some stock is expired. It is the bare minimum to expect from a pharmacy that their stock isn’t expired, they can’t meet that bar.

They were awesome and they were getting ready to close, the pharmacy, if they're not open you can't leave a voice mail message but they'll call you back. None of three other 24hr CVS pharmacies in a 10 mile radius would call us back. They opened at 11AM and then close for lunch at 1:30 as do they all. We love them and even though service for other non pharmacological items were very good at closer stores. We had a Rx emergency. They helped so Uber Lyft over.

Was purchasing a few items on self checkout and decided to replace a loofa I scanned for a cheaper one. I asked one of the workers for a void and she asked which product and I let her know. Once she voiced the item I said thank you. Instead of saying “you’re welcome” she just took a few steps back, watched me scan and pay for my items and then walked away. Idk if she was expecting me to steal but definitely poor customer service. Maybe don’t be rude and profile your customers next time?

The store is clean & the staff is always friendly & very helpful. The CVS App provides great cost cutting deals. It's also conveniently located & well within walking distance. I always look forward to my $4 off coupon. Thank you CVS.

I was impressed and smiling when I came out the store... ... ya see I had a horrible bus ride to San Antonio this week and lost my luggage with all my clothes and hygiene .. and other personal items... it's the 4th of July to today... I've had to leave my room. Because I had arranged this trip with the assumption that I would get paid today... or have it deposited into Mt Bank acct... as usual.. did occur to that payday would be Monday because independence day and payday fell on the Same day.... . But it did ... well long story short I didn't have a change of clothes in a day or shower either ... I wasn't expecting to be talked to treated like everyone else I saw in line ... but I was .. she was cool and even managed to make me smile on day I felt terrible... . Great customer service ... .no she was just an awesome person.....

Pharmacists are very kind and patient, put in effort to find best coupons available for lowering the drug prices. Nick has been great! Parking available on the street and in the bldg garage. Store stock is equal to any CVS minus some seasonal items. Wine, milk available

Always low or out of stock of the nonstick bandages I need, and if there happens to be one box, it has been opened and has missing bandages. Also customer service is nonexistent and the previous time I had the misfortune of shopping this store, an unhoused person had peed all in the aisles of the second floor with the stench of pee everywhere. This location needs serious improvements in inventory management and overall maintenance
