Aida is the BEST advertisement for CVS anywhere. She can help three customers at one time and make them all feel important and attended to. Furthermore, Aida is very proud of her long association with CVS at Sunset Ridge. She is the kind of employee that results in return business!

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased an eyeliner here, used it once worked fine then next time was dried out and didn’t work at all. When I tried to return it the very unfriendly and not helpful woman informed me she would not even give store credit unless I had the package. I was like why would I keep the package from my eyeliner if it worked the first time. This is so dumb and i warn other people to not buy makeup here. If it is found to be not working properly they will straight up refuse your return

Ridiculous that the only way to speak with someone at the pharmacy via phone is to leave a message and they can “call back in as little as one hour.” The pandemic is over, and they should properly staff the pharmacy to handle calls as well.

The absolute worst CVS ever ask the clerk who was putting out sales advertisement if they had an item she didn't even bother to assist me she went and pointed to where the item is and said I don't know. The worst customer service ever. Do not go to the CVS take your business to another CVS but this store has absolutely the worst customer service.

Super friendly location that has fully stocked shelves (a rarity with most CVS)I transferred all of my prescriptions from HEB to this specific CVS because of how nice the pharmacy staff were to me and understanding even when there was a small issue. The pharmacists and techs are all incredible

While at Sunset shops, usually pet related, I always visit the CVS as the staff is available if I have questions taking time to assist me. The cashiers are the best in SA guiding me through the store to help. It’s great for a Coke, holiday needs and sales.

Just want to say this pharmacy is pretty great! I had a mix up with orders and called them a total of 6 times and every time they were helpful and patient even though I'm sure they were frustrated with me after awhile. But they were so helpful and filled my prescription on short notice!

Usually when I deal with the pharmacist gentlemen with blue eyes it’s a good experience. This is pretty much my last straw with this woman that works in the pharmacy she’s always rude and has an attitude and gives people a difficult time gives little to no effort. She has red hair and is short fat and pale unsure of what her name is. I recently had surgery and went directly there when I received a message and checked on the cvs app to see and make sure my medication was ready . I had my mom drive there for me so I can get my medication the pharmacist said that it wasn’t there nor was it ready and she couldn’t transfer it to another location because the Doctor would have to which is a lie because all they have to do is call the doctors office and request that so they can send it in it’s already almost time to close and she said she didn’t have access to any other cvs or know there number at all and mentioned that they closed at 7:00pm Mind you my mother arrived as soon as we got the text so I wouldn’t be in pain we’ll I am ! Then the lady behind her made a comment as well saying “2 minutes”. You don’t leave until you are done helping people with their medication because it can be crucial to them . She doesn’t need to work there and needs to be fired because I’m not the only person experiencing this with her. People like her shouldn’t be in a field that’s suppose to help people.

The pharmacy absolutely will not answer the phone, they leave you on hold for 10 min then hang up no matter how many times you call. Can’t believe a reputable brand like CVS is allowing this as others have complained about it already.
