Was informed by CVS that my prescriptions were ready for pick up. Arrived to the pharmacy to pick up Prescriptions and the entire staff is out. Nobody is there to Hand out prescriptions. Spoke to a member of store management and was told nobody could help because they were not licensed. Makes no sense that entire department of store is shut down because of a family emergency. Bad business practices.

Worst pharmacy. Clerk said they only have 3 carts! I called the Manager and he never answered the phone. Not even a star! Medicare OTC purchases are done at all CVS Pharmacies. It is a shame. OTC purchases for members on Devoted are over $250.00, how can you take all this products to the Cashier?

The pharmacist was really rude to me. All because he said i didnt have any record of me for 2 years. I bareky started seeing a doctor for my health issues. My doctor didn't provide a certain code the pharmacist red flagged it. Being treated like that was not right. Now I have difficulty getting my medication. Thanks a lot!!!

Every time I go into this location at night the fat white female that stocks and work in the photo department be acting so damn rude. If you ask her to help you find and item she gives you the most evil look. If they hate their job they should quit or correct their attitudes for that environment. The Asian female cashier is the best she understands the job isn't personal and just do her best get her money and go home. I hate these stores these days the experience isn't what it use to be

I've been on hold listening to a recording for 30+ minutes. I need to speak with a pharmacist about a med, and have yet to speak to a human. It's like this everytime I call.

I used to frequently use CVS Pharmacy for my prescriptions until a notable incident led me to take my business elsewhere. The situation unfolded when I attempted to pick up a specific birth control prescribed by my dermatologist called yaz. Despite my insurance, CVS informed me that it would only cover the generic version, requiring me to pay a copay. Confused, I explained that my dermatologist had emphasized the necessity of the name-brand due to its active ingredient. However, the pharmacist insisted that the generic was identical to the name-brand in terms of active ingredients. Trusting their advice, I continued with the generic for two months until my dermatologist, dissatisfied with CVS's refusal to provide the name-brand product transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy on Broadway. There, I was reassured that my insurance fully covered the name-brand, with no deductible required. They also clarified that the active ingredients in the generic and name-brand versions were not the same and were slightly different, warning me of potential spotting as my body adjusted to the change. In conclusion cvs was dishonest and lied to me so that I would accept a cheaper version of what I was truly entitled to! This experience was very eye-opening CVS not only misled me about the equivalence of the generic and name-brand medications but also unnecessarily charged me a deductible. It seemed as if there was a reluctance to provide higher-quality products to those perceived as less economically privileged. As a social worker This incident has made me wary of overlooked social injustices going on within society and I encourage others to be vigilant and question pharmacy practices to ensure they receive the care and products they rightly deserve.

I’ve been calling for two weeks trying to refill my son’s prescription. Using the automated option a total of 4 times with no confirmation. Call the pharmacy and no one answers. Go in person and the lines are long inside and at drive thru.
Today I switched it over to heb and guess who has the prescription confirmed ready same day.
