Why the hell can't an actual human being answer the phone? Why do I have to sit and listen to needless crap? "If you want to do such n such press 1, if you want to do this such n such instead press 2. You pressed 2, if you're sure you pressed 2 press 1, you pressed 1, if you're sure you want to continue press 2"

My medication price tripled without warning. The pharmacist felt with me being very angry extremely gracefully, after calling my insurance company and verifying it was in fact the manufacturer who raised the price, the pharmacist helped me find an online cupon I could apply to the generic and pay less than if I used my insurance. Great service in a difficult situation.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy in the city. For a company whose name has the word "pharmacy" in it, they certainly were a big let down. I have to use CVS because it's where my insulin is covered by insurance. I'm new to insulin, and after I left the hospital a few weeks ago they prescribed me two types of insulin pens. I've never been to CVS. They were very busy and when it was my turn, I gave my birth date and name and the lady came back with a large brown paper bag that was stapled and sealed up. She rang me up and the total was $250. Each line item on my receipt only had an amount, no medication name. Now when you go to HEB or Walmart pharmacy, the cashier will go over it with you. You'll hear them say something like, "Ok, we've got an antibiotic for $25, 500mg Ibuprofen for $5" and so forth. You know what you're purchasing from the jump. I paid for it, which since I had been sick and off for weeks, that was half of the money I had at the time. I got home and opened the bag. There were $100 worth of medication that I did not need, or were not on the list. CVS pharmacy somehow got a hold of two prescriptions, one I had not taken in over 7 years, the other I had not taken in 5 years. How did they get those scripts? Why didn't they just fill what the ER doctor sent over which was two types of insulin pens, the needles for it and then my two diabetes medications? Why didn't the pharmacist show me how to use the pens? I called and they said they were unable to refund me for the scripts they filled but I did not need. I went up there in person and had a talk with the pharmacist on duty. I let her know that they need to do better. They should go over the medications we're paying for at the time of payment. Let me know what I'm buying! Had the first pharmacy tech gone thru the scripts when she was ringing me up I could have been like, "wait a minute, that's incorrect." When I explained this to the pharmacist in charge, she responded by saying that they get busy. I work in logistics. I get busy too, and often. But all of my customers walk away knowing what they've purchased and have been given careful and excellent customer service by me. It's not hard to do. They ended up refunding my money. I had them destroy the scripts I am no longer on. It's completely irresponsible of a pharmacy to give you medications that you are no longer on. I had no active scripts for those two medications so I don't know how they received that information. I never filled them there. It was alarming and the staff was rude. I have switched to a different location due to this staff's incompetence.

Needed help printing out photos, the employee took her time with asking if she could help, then their printer didn't work, none of the employees (2) knew what they were doing. Worst store ever.

Iv only used this cvs pharmacy about 3 times and iv never had any problems till now. I could tell that the pharmacist that was on the clock on 4/2/19 at 8 pm to be excellent because I didn't get her name unfortunately doesn't like her job. I wasn't able to get my sons medicine and she couldn't even take 5 minutes to explain to me the process and what it was that I needed to do to obtain these meds. I wonder if she had any kind of feelings or remorse to know that a child was not able to get their medicine because she was so eager and desperate to clock out of work. Definitely changing pharmacy after this and I feel sorry for all the other customers that have to deal with this. My advice for her is to get a job that she actually likes because your customers can tell when you don't like your job. Thank you

Worst customer service ever!!! They act as we are lucky to have them around. Ask to speak with the pharmacy manager and was asked how can I help you? Are you the pharmacy manager? No, we'll then I'd like to speak to the manager. Well how can I help you? Well if your not the manager you can't help me. 47 minutes on hold you'd think they'd be a little more understanding. As I write this review, I still haven't been able to speak to the manager... worst place ever!!!!
