Dont come here if you dont know nothing about sounds , i got my sound installed for 3,400 way over priced and it doesnt hear well , they will scam you with prices way to expensive! And the sound is not going to be what you expected

This is not the place for exotic rides.
They don't listen to the wants of their customers and even worse , they sent my car home with trim pieces buldging out and literally said this is the best we can do.
Exposed wires everywhere, this is the worst job I've ever seen
I will be reaching out to corporate with videos of the damage they caused bright and early monday morning.
Again, don't go here if you have a nice ride. You've been warned.

Purchased an alarm for our truck for one price and then the price got higher after they couldn’t install it for whatever reason. We had to take the alarm off because we are replacing this truck with another for recall reasons. They told us over the phone it’d be $100 to remove it and when my husband arrived with the truck they said $150 and when we picked up the truck it was $185 plus tax! Do you just make up prices as you go?

Update: On the second trip, they were able to fix their mistakes on the initial install. I have added a star for them owning the issue and resolving them.
Jared was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They did the installation in record time after waiting for an out of stock item to arrive. That being said, one of the speakers in the door did not work and the Maestro system they installed keeps disconnecting and the front/back speakers were swapped wrong on the amp. I am going back on Monday to see if they can correct these issues. I will update this review.

Excellent customer service and overall great visit. Starting from a phone call Kelly was GREAT, told me to come in and they would take care of everything. This held to be true and more! Sitting in the waiting area and observing the service customer after customer received coming into this establishment was outstanding. Kelly also laid knowledge that I’ll never forget and that name will stick in my mind. Will definitely be returning for all of my Audio needs!!
